I’ve been trying to incorporate vegetables into more meals and the time to prep cabbage for Baked by Melissa’s green goddess salad and the vegetables for a bolognese is so much less now! Shredding cheese is great! I shred a pound at a time and keep it in the freezer. Going to try out chopping up meat for a coarse “grind” for dumplings or burgers so I know it’s just the meat and fat I put in the food processor.

I received a much larger one as a Christmas gift and exchanged for this size. It was to replace an old 7 cup one, never needed anything larger as a family of 5 and the 11 cup I received as a gift was heavy and took up a lot of space.

This model is like the older ones which I had. I bought another model but it was very large and frankly ugly. This has a small foot print but it very powerful
The chute to put food in is hard to clean and to figure out. I watched video to get the knack of it.
