We bought one of these 7″ ceramic coated frying pans, and liked it so much that we bought the full sized pan. We eliminated our previous Teflon coated pans, as the coating was scratched and worn. These have all the benefits of the non stick Teflon pans, and the ceramic coating is more durable and cleans even easier. Great product!

It does what it was predicted to do, but have not had it long enough to test its durability, but it is holding currently and does better than my old non-stick pans. This make was recommended by an “item” Reports magazine that I subscribe to. I do not think I can name the magazine though

It’s a nice pan, but I have never seen a 10″ skillet with such a small amount of flat surface for actual cooking. This pan has minimal increase over my 8″ OXO.
