Exactly what I needed & got it in 2 snaps!!! But, months later same issue as ‘forthright’ said in review comments. ..after 1 month or so…need to be push down on workbowl for motor to stay going…not enough downward spring pressure to stay on…. but it’s a new design that fits my 20 year old base unit so I’m only mildly annoyed… this is no fault of seller who is awesome!

Thank you for carrying this item! It fits perfectly and works great. I was concerned it wasn’t for my model since I didn’t see the same numbers as listed on my machine. But it looked exactly like it in your picture. My only issue is I had to keep the small pusher from my old one because it didn’t come with it. So if you’re ordering this make sure you keep your old smaller pusher that sits inside this piece. Overall it’s just right.

Update – Customer service sent the missing component without any trouble. This was a replacement order as the first order (a couple months prior) cracked on the first use, so I cannot this product more than 3 stars.

Within several months of purchasing this replacement cover, the plastic started to crack. I continued to use it in spite of that but eventually, the cracks grew too large for me to use. I’ve had the same problem with the replacement bowl, the plastic is very poor quality and cracked quickly. My first Cuisinart that I owned lasted me 30 years until the motor died. This model was not worth the money I paid for it.

This particular part of the Cuisinart Food Processor that I have seems to be prone to breaking due to faulty design. This is my second replacement, and I anticipate having to reorder another one within the next 5 years. In the meantime, it works great and the replacement works seamlessly with the equipment I have.
