I love the protective plastic safety tips that came with these. They fact that they are stainless steel, means no rusting. Very sharpe & can cut thru steak, chicken, pork, turkey with ease.

These Cuisinart Steak knives are really lightweight and feel great! The serrated edges are not what I expected they have a gripping effect instead of a slicing effect! They do cut but not as well as I would like!

Very disappointing with these knives. I religiously use and gift the Cuisinart kitchen knives, they are such a good set for the price. This is our second set of their steak knives after the first simply wore out. I chose the all stainless so there was no colored coating that would wear off over time. The handles are a little uncomfortable but I could live with that if they did a proper job. Unfortunately they shred rather than cut steak, chicken or pork. Off to Goodwill they go.
