Purchased this pan to use on my induction cooktop, This pan heats very evenly.
The pan is quite heavy. I would purchase it again. It requires barkeeps friend after each use to look good

I received the 10″” and other pots n pans as a employment anniversary gift. These are really high quality products. I needed a 12 “” skillet for over size cooking . These are heavy, the coating non stick and if something does stick comes out easily during cleaning, heats up evenly just really easy to use , the performance is awesome even though these are more pricey than others they are well worth it.

Very please with how this cooks/sautés/frys food. Perfect size for household meals of 5 adults. Nothing sticks and clean up is much faster than non-stick cookware. 5 stars!

This is a well built, heavy stainless steel pan that is as good as the products that sell for a lot more. I am very please with this purchase.

I bought this for use on an induction cooktop, not to saute but to make stews. It has a nice flat thick base which sits solidly on the cooktop surface.
The handle is nicely formed and easy on the hands. Important on a large piece of cookware that can be heavy when full. The pan itself seems high quality but the helper and lid handles are not at the same level as the main handle. They are just flat steel rather than a forged 3-D shape.
What surprised me was how hot the lid handle gets when simmering something in the pan for awhile, not in the oven but on the cooktop. The lid’s handle is not as nice, not the same complex shape as the main handle on the pan. It does not sit comfortably in the fingers’ grasp but other 12 inch diameter lids should fit. I have one from a $35 Kirkland pan that is better than this one and will use it instead.

Je l’ai utilisé deux et j’ai adoré. Elle se lave très bien. Elle est un peu lourde. Mais elle est de très bonne qualité.

I love googling recipes to find big main dishes to cook in this huge pan. My favorite is Thai Peanut Curry. Can keep adding more vegetables all day long. I like to add a can of garbanzo beans after the rest of the curry is done…space is no problem! Also it isn’t hard to get stuck food off the pan. A pan doesn’t have to have one of those eternally aggravating nonstick surfaces to be perfectly serviceable! I’ve had it with nonstick! OK what flavor curry shall I try next?

belle isolation du manche et les aliments ne collent pas au fond quelle que soit la température.
