I use the Cuisinart compact bread maker two to three times a week to bake bread. A few weeks ago, I forgot to remove the paddle and accidentally cut the bread with the paddle still inside, scratching it badly. I had to order a replacement. Although the bread maker is under warranty, I decided to purchase this paddle instead because I’ve experienced long wait times(over a month) for a replacement from Cuisinart. This new paddle fits perfectly in the compact bread maker and works flawlessly. It’s bigger and sturdier than the original, and I’m very happy with this product.

Fits my CBK200 pan but isn’t exactly the same shape. The shape difference resulted in overworked dough compared to the OEM. I am able to make it work by increasing hydration levels.
My oem non stick paddle had started to flake which lead to looking for a suitable replacement. The oem replacement paddle costs more than the machine when I purchased it new. I found this to be an adequate replacement, just know you may need to adjust your tried and true recipes.

It did work for my bread maker but it’s much larger then the one it’s said to replace and sounds a bit louder.
