This machine is easy to use, easy to clean and makes great gelato! Your frozen bowl must be totally frozen in order for this to work. The machine doesn’t fully make firm ice cream must freeze it after churning.

This machine rocks!!! I wanted a smaller personal ice cream freezer, but everything I looked at was really small, and mostly bad reviews. I used this pretty much right out of the box , after freezing the bowl….I also used an ice cream mix. Mixed up according to instructions and 15 minutes later….we had delicious ice cream !!! Very easy instructions for use….easy to use, easy to clean and take care of….I would highly recommend this if you want quick summer treats without having to find rock salt and use a traditional ice cream freezer!! Worth the money !!!!

For those reviews that say it was still liquid, they didn’t fully freeze the bowl. If your freezer can’t fully freeze it you can still use it by putting it in a container after the ice cream maker finish its processing.
