   This tea kettle does not perform as it’s supposed to. No matter how I tighten the lid it does not click. Steam leaks and it doesn’t whistle. I would have returned it but I broke up the box too quickly and I have to purchase another! I thought Cuisine Art was a reliable brand. Guess I was wrong!

   While I like the Kettle, I’m disappointed in receiving red versus Black. I really could not return as I needed right away. The quality is great and the handle allows for easy pouring without getting too hot to handle.

   I needed a tea kettle for a 2 month air bnb rental and I didn’t want to spend a fortune on something I planned to leave behind. For $12 this was ideal. It’s well made, the gunmetal gray goes perfect in their kitchen, and the delivery was quick. The lid can be a little tricky (it’s tight…better than loose) but if you lift and replace one side at a time it’s fine. Work with it and you’ll get the hang. Hands down recommend this as an inexpensive kettle to boil water in.

   I love the look of this red enamel whistling tea kettle! I works perfectly and is pleasing to the eye. I like the size of it, as some are too heavy, but this one is just right. I would happily give this as a gift to someone I really like.

   I loved this kettle and used it every morning. Easy to clean and easy to use. After about a year of use – all the seams between the enamel and stainless steel, as well as the locations of screws, turned to rust. When I contacted Cuisinart customer service they replied quickly offering a replacement. Then they disappeared, won’t answer any email or ‘contact form’ in their website. Needless to say, a new kettle never arrived. This is such a shame as I specifically looked for an US based company to buy from, so I can be sure of the materials and peaceful with the warranty…

    Tough to solve the gas cook top problem with kettle handles getting hot. This one better than others I have tried, but handle still gets toasty (need a towel or hot pad to pour). Looks great

    I bought my Cuisinart Peak Kettle in the color Graphite in 2017. As I write this in 2024, it’s still on my stove and going strong. I use it nearly every day to boil water for tea. This kettle looks great and is built to last.

    The tea kettle worked great for a few weeks and then the part that whistles stopped working because it did not line up with spout. When I called cuisine art to replace the tea kettle, they told me I had to send it back to them and get a new part.     Nice kettle for one to two people. Not an ideal size if one was entertaining and needed water for 3+ people.

    The water really bubbles/splatters out when pouring immediately after boil. My old kettle didn’t Splatter out like this one.
