I received one of these great mixers as a gift for the holidays. Going back to a somewhat retro design which is awesome. This mixer serves the food, desert or other types of needs better than other models. These come at various prices but they are worth every penny. I’ve been looking for a replacement for a KitchenAid mixer for some time. I hoped for a Mixmaster because you can move the bowl sideways making it easier to scrape down the sides but the current models aren’t powerful enough for what I need. This Cuisinart is a compromise but thus far a good one.
