   Bought the oval 4pcs The cover was a little heavy but bec it is glass and s/s i loke the screw of the cover its not the typical screw Looks very elegant The bowl was very shiny and elegant looking Even the stand is better in person than on photos There’s also free recipe and tea candles per box I am keeping the box and the protective cartons when i store it The only reason i am not giving a full star rating bec there was a stained area in one of the 4 items i ordered but the rest were clean and perfect

   Overall I like them; bought 3 rectangular serving dishes since I generally serve 1 meat dish and 2 hot side dishes along with a large stainless steel salad bowl. My only disappointment was that we often have dinner parties in our backyard and if there is any breeze whatsoever the tea lights blow out. My husband had to come up with some creation to stop that from happening. I guess you could create a wind block but that is not visually appealing so we took foil cupcake tin liners and adapted them to surround the outside of the candle holder enough to prevent the breeze from blowing out the tea candle. This would not be a problem if you are serving inside, but a great solution if you are serving outside.

   We host a large Thanksgiving dinner for our friends and family each year. Keeping so much food warm has been a challenge.

   Every year I looked at buffet dishes, but without trying them out first, it was hard to justify spending the money (we needed 6 of them). Messing with steno seemed like too much bother. On the other hand, I wasn’t sure a tea candle would be enough heat. If it was hot enough, without a water bath would the food scorch? So, years passed without making a purchase.

   If any of those concerns are holding you back, don’t hesitate to buy these! They kept our food warm for the entire gathering. Four hours after we sat down to dinner people were packing steaming hot to go boxes of leftovers.

   They clean up easily and stack nicely for storage. Great product!

    I’m very picky regarding servingware. However, I was beyond pleased with this warning dish. I bought two of them for my Halloween party this past weekend and they exceeded my expectations. I look forward to using them at many more family get togethers and lots of party’s. I’m going to order a couple of the oval and the larger rectangular one. The dish kept the foot warm and evenly distributed the heat from the tea candles. I was skeptical but now I’m thrilled with my purchase!! Update: I use these at least once a month. Weddings, receptions, party’s and Office luncheons.

    I’m a college student and I have found these useful for roasting small quantities of vegetables in my toaster oven. You can eat right out of them, which cuts down on energy and dishes. I like to put a little more olive oil than necessary in there and roast through a few servings (just cutting up more and putting them in and it gets better every time with built-up salt and sriracha sauce) before washing.

    There are a few recipes out there I have come across which only yield two cupcakes, for which these are absolutely perfect.These can also be useful for really small tart/pies and warming up soup.

    It’s not obvious how small they are until you get them though. They are a tad larger than a 1 cup dry measure cup, and in the Q&A (this appeared after I bought it), it says that they can hold about 8oz, which sounds about right. I had sort of been interested in a larger device, but these are good for their own uses.

    This item was just perfect for my sons HS graduation party. I didn’t want to use those disposable ones with the wire rack. It worked like a charm, very elegant. I will buy a few more, also it holds more than I thought it would.
    I had originally ordered three from another maker on cuisinartoutlets.com, after a week and a half they told me they were out of stock and it would take 3 months to get them! So I canceled that and went on a hunt, I only had days to find something else. I didn’t add a photo because I was so busy hosting the event, silly me I forgot to take ANY pics 🤦🏽‍♀️ we had a great time though. Thank you Cuisinart !!! These came just in time. ❤️😊
