I use this almost everyday. It makes very good mayonaisse – (1 c oil, 1 egg &c.). Sliced tomatos do not come out as shown on TV. I got a 2mm slicing disk to make potato chips and coleslaw. I don’t miss the extra features on my Breville Sous Chef which broke, was replaced since it was still under warranty, and the replacement broke again in about the same qmount of time (bad switch both times, I believe).

Be prepared to watch a youtube video about how to set this up. The manual instructions are not good. One of the biggest hurdles is that they package the feed tube inside the lid in the opposite direction that it needs to go to get the machine to turn on. Otherwise, it’s a great machine.
