   These pans are made of really thick metal and should last for years. The non-stick surface is great, but they are new yet. One pan had some discoloration after it’s first use, but that was only a cosmetic problem. It is very good for non-sticking.

   I bought these to replace an older set of Cuisinart baking sheets. I really like the older ones so I was careful to buy the identical ones as a replacement. As far as I can tell, they’re identical except for the quality. The first time I washed these, rust appeared. When I took them out of the dishwasher rusty water went all over my kitchen and made a huge mess. Whatever Cuisinart put in the folded edge rusts badly and will damage the pan over time. These might work if I wanted to hand wash them but that’s not going to happen.

   We received two of these cookie sheets years ago as a gift that have served us well. I made the mistake of taking one of them on a trip and forgot to bring it back. I wanted a replacement and I must say the quality is even better than the originals and the price was right! You will not go wrong with this sturdy item!
