   This is a powerhouse of a handmixer. I love that it has a delay before it actually begins the beaters going. This prevents mishaps. 🙂 The flat back is a great feature so that you can set it down on the counter and it remains upright.

   I really have only positive things about this handmixer. I wanted something with enough oomph that I could not use my big Kitchenaid all the time. This fits the bill, including snall batches of dough and whisking. However, for me personally, it is too heavy. I have lupus and several shoulder and hand issues. My arm and hand tires quickly holding this awesome handmixer.

   Been using this mixer for a few months now, and it’s by far the best mixer I’ve ever had. Wasn’t too sure how I’d like the thin beater blades but found out there was no need to be concerned. It’s quieter than all of my past mixers – they were all cheap ones, none of them over $30. This mixer makes me a believer in that you usually will get what you pay for.

   Only thing… when the mixer is first turned on there is like a little surge of power, then it quickly slows down to as it should be at 1st speed.

   Haven’t needed to use all speeds yet, it whipped whipping cream fast and beautifully without having to run it full speed.

   The color is so darn cute! Everyone whos sees it says something about ‘you have a PINK mixer?’!!

   I love the way this blender gets the job done even with bulky, stiff doughs like peanut butter cookie dough. When I first got the blender and saw how thin the beaters were I wasn’t sure if it was going to be able to handle much of anything beyond sauces or light batters, but after using it to whip up batches of cookie dough I found that the thinner beaters actually make the job easier and faster.

   I also love the low speeds on it. No more ingredients splattered everywhere when mixing. Nice.

   I also love the retro-ish pink color too. Nice touch.

   And it’s so easy to store and use due to its small size and light weight. Much easier than heavy counter-top mixers.

   Very pleased with this purchase.

   I REALLY want to like this … and kind of do.
   Pros: weight is good; works well at higher speeds; like using instead of hauling out my huge KitchenAid
   Cons: This is a BIG con to me, and the reason for 3 vs. 4 or 5 stars does not have a slower/low speed, barely has a medium speed – with this blender there are only high speeds…so before I mix dry ingredients now, I have to hand mix to avoid flinging ingredients all over me and my kitchen. Also beaters are a bit flimsy, was expecting them to be a bit more substantial. They are fine, just not great.
   So if you are someone who doesn’t need slower speeds, this is for you …
   I think I would purchase something different next time due to speed issue.

   Worked great until it didn’t do anything today when I plugged it in. It has not been abused at all or submerged in the sink etc… Kept in a kitchen cabinet between uses. I took it apart just for kicks and see nothing obviously burnt/broken.
   If it has perhaps one hour’s of total usage and that would be a lot; say 4 cakes a year.
   Very disappointed; obviously out of warranty so I’ll have to buy another. It won’t be this one.

   I bought this to replace a cheaper one that broke. Before the cheap one I had another Cuisinart that I received as a wedding gift. That one worked great for years and the motor was still good but the beaters would no longer stay in. So far no trouble with this one. The power is great. I love the digital display. It does pause before starting after you push the button but no big deal. Hopefully this will last many years like my first one did. Oh and my 4 year old daughter loves the pink color!

   I returned this mixer…it was my own fault, I didn’t read the specifications and it is a digital mixer. Loved the color and the brand, but returned it for a non-digital pink mixer.
