   I bought this for a gift for my hubby. He’s the cook! When he made his homemade lasagna in this pan not only was it amazingly good but hot water and our kitchen sink spray nozzle basically cleaned up the pan!! It’s a great, think, sturdy, and VERY easy to clean pan!

   Bought this because I wanted a deep lasagna pan, and I am very happy with the quality of this pan. Its extremely sturdy, very nice riveted handles, but not too heavy to handle. The lasagna cooked evenly, no damage to the pan from repeated knife cuts, and very easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase, look forward to using this pan for decades.

   Glad I chose this lasagna pan. Sturdy and large with deep sides for several lasagna layers. Very easy to clean. The handles make it easy to lift a heavy casserole in and out if the oven. Only thing that might be a negative for some is that pre-cooked lasagna noodles are too short for the length of this pan (even the long ones). It worked out fine as I was able to put one at the end going across the short side and that worked.

   The lasagna pan is a nice addition to the hard anodized cookware set from Cuisinart. Just the right depth to prevent spillover and allow for thicker dishes if you want to cook extra. Weighty piece even when empty. Clean up is easy inside, but you must buy a hard anodized cookware cleaner for the outside, or expect stains to accumulate. I have not tried baking a cake in it, but it should not be a problem. The inside has been pretreated to withstand metal utensils, but they will eventually damage the item, so it is best to use silicone or comparable utensils. So far, so good.

   Based on the great reviews and that Cuisinart makes quality products, I purchased this pan. I made a lasagna the other evening and I couldn’t be more pleased with this pan! The size and depth was perfect. I was a bit worried that it may not be deep enough as we do like a deep several layer lasagna. I was able to make four layers (and I used quite a bit of meat and cheese between the layers!). The lasagna baked perfectly. It was so easy to cut squares and remove each piece with a nylon nonstick spatula. This pan is a keeper. I plan on using it again for roasting the turkey at Thanksgiving. This is a beautiful pan!

    I had bought another brand which ended up breaking. I was using a ceramic baking pan for lasagna and decided to go with this one to avoid another cracked pan. I love Cuisinart and this has been amazing. I highly recommend it as the handles help get heavy dishes out of the oven.
