They do cook well, but the finish is a nightmare. Do not buy these unless you want to wash/polish for 10+ minutes a day. The finish gets tarnished because of the heat. Water spots are endless. Just get all stainless. They look terrible after 3-4 uses.

Purchase this product just a little over two months ago. As soon as I received it, I carefully read the instructions and made sure it was dishwasher safe. I still pre-soaked it like the manual said, before placing it in the dishwasher. After 2–3 times in the dishwasher, the black marks inside of the pan and outside of the pan came off. I immediately contacted Cuisinart by phone, they created a claim in their system. I was told to email them with my claim number and pictures for proof and someone would contact me within the next two business days. I waited a month for someone to get back to me. Finally, they responded with an attached manual and warranty, saying that it was not used as directed in the manual, and it would not be covered by their warranty. Very rude And delayed customer service. . Don’t fall for it, like I did. I should’ve shipped the pots back Through cuisinartoutlets.com after the first time Using it.

The first time I tried cooking on these everything stuck to the pan… like BAD. Fortunately a video on social media taught me that the trick is you have to let the pans get extremely hot… when you drop water into it should create little balls of water vs evaporating right into the pan. Then you add the oil, then the meat and the problem is solved. I used to add oil while the pan is heating up…
Might be common knowledge for anyone used to using this type of pan but I figured I’d share in case it helps anyone else! Makes all the difference! Easy to clean now and they look really nice

Se quedó una mancha a pesar seguir las instrucciones antes y después de uso. La comida se adhiere aún cuando usas aceite. Mala calidad.

It is great cooking with stainless steel, but while they get clean, they don’t get CLEAN.
Marks are left from cooking that will not come off, and the pans have oil marks.
Not recommended.

I received these as a gift from my husband for Christmas. After only one use, the pots already have a stain that won’t come off unless you use a special stainless steel cleanser and a lot of scrubbing. DO NOT BUY THESE! I do not recommend.
