   I am a big tailgater, beach cookout, camping person, so we have given this a real workout and it’s come through it like a champ.  I just cleaned it again after a few cookouts and it looks brand new – the burners, etc are still in great shape – not like the other portable off-brand grills we have owned.  Very happy with it and the temperature gauge on the front is very accurate and helpful.  Well worth the money and performs great!

   I bought this BBQ almost 3 years ago. I was looking for a little grill I can take camping with me but it works so well, I use it out on the back deck too! It’s a pretty high grade of stainless, I live in a corrosive environment and it has very little corrosion after sitting outside for over 2 years. The grill is made from thick gauge stainless and will last forever. I just took it apart to clean and all of the screws came right out and the enclosure is in great shape! I washed it all down and cleaned the gas tubes and after putting it all back together, it fired right up. I’m very impressed with the quality It runs hot, you may have to prop to the lid open for longer roasting items, but it’s perfect for burgers and steaks. You can also use a frying pan or pot on it if you remove the dripping shield. The drip tray is convenient as long as you keep up with it and clean it every few uses. I totally recommend this little guy.

   Easy to assemble & awesome results!! I just received my grill, about an hour ago. I assembled it within 10 min, & fired it up. I grilled up some skirt steak & it came out a perfect med-rare. Grill cooks evenly, no hot spots. Food comes out tasty. Cleaning is a breeze, just wait for grill to cool down & dump the drip tray & give it a wipe down, also remove the cooking grate & wipe down the interior with a damp kitchen towel. Easy peasy!

   The Grill looked great out of the box. Hooked it up to the propane tank and it lit on the first strike. For my first grill I placed a (5) pieces of chicken, 2 burgers on it. Cooked well. What I was really disappointed with is what the grill looked like after I cooked. It was so dirty the grill, and the insides below the burner covers. After I was finished grilling for the very first time, the grill looked as if I owned it for 2 years!! The “Stainless” steel was so filthy and “gummy” that I purchased Weber Grill Cleaner and that didn’t do anything to the scum and charred marks on the grill. In addition to the Weber grill cleaner, I used “Scrub Daddy Grill Brush”. But the Grill Brush was too large for the interior of the grill. It did work on the actual SS Grill piece itself. I also had to use a small steel scraper, which I ended up sharpening it on a Grinder stone just to get the large pieces of burnt food off. The photo below was taken After I applied the Scraper and several coatings of Weber Grill cleaner. If this looks that BAD after only ONE use, I can’t imagine what it will look like next year!! Maybe someone could tell me this is normal for Stainless Steel Grills? Not Happy. Not Recommended!

    This grill is awesome for traveling. I upgraded mine with a set of GrillGrates, definitely worth it. It does use a standard 20lb tank. I think a 5lb tank would make it easier for travel, but a 20lb isn’t terrible. I read some comments of people trying to use 1lb tanks, but never tried to convert it. I also bought a storage bag which definitely makes it easier for storage and travel. I used it at a beach house on top of a plastic table and it didn’t melt the plastic or get overly hot underneath. The stainless steel also cleans up nice and easy with some tub-o-rags. With care you’ll get many years of service from this grill. The cost was around $140 when I bought mine, looks like it has gone up since then. Cheers n tariffs!

    I like this grill a lot. It is just the right size and grills impeccably. However, be very careful when cleaning. Not once, but twice I lacerated my knuckle on the sharp metal vent edges. A pair of thick gloves are on my shopping list for the next cleaning.

    Single guy, living in a little cabin in the mountains (no charcoal grills allowed.) With some replacement parts, this grill has gone the distance. Every spring I think about buying a new one, but if it works… I’ve had to replace the shrouds, and had to drill and insert a bolt in the back to replace one of the shroud supports that rusted out. Otherwise, it’s still burning strong. Shroud design could be better – perhaps a little wider to fully cover the flame from the burners, and fix the support which is probably the single mostly likely thing to fail on this unit. The burners need to be cleaned every season. Just a matter of poking a pin or small brad in each of the burner holes to insure a good, even flame. Also, temp gauge on the lid failed after a year or so. Annoying, and I could prob replace it. Replacement parts, such as shrouds, burners and grill are available at reasonable prices. I got the stand for the grill, consider it a must, and it’s held up as well. Overall, a very good value, especially since grills in this price range often are junk after maybe two or three years.

    I’ve bought at least 3 bbq grills for my RV ,
    And none of them were worth a dirty penny….
    The last one I bought was around $125 dollars.
    ( I’m thinking, if I spend good money it should work right! Fat chance. I left it at the dumpster at the last RV park I was at.) anyways, I bought this unit thinking it might be a little bit big for my storage under the bed. Well, let’s just say that this unit cooks so well I moved a few things around so it will fit. Awesome BBQ grill for Glamping….

    We bought this not for travel but for convenience. Small enough to occupy very little room but delivers the heat and quality of a full size. Heats up quickly and evenly, grilling is a snap and we have not had a bad meal cooked on it. I really wanted to get away from the full size BBQ as it is a waste of space and a pain to store during the rough parts of the winter season (for us anyhow) . I Have a large resin storage unit in the backyard in which we store the BBQ and our Pizza oven which sit nicely on a stainless cart making all of our outdoor cooking a snap to keep tidy while increasing functionality. just painting a picture for anyone who is trying to decide if they want a full Size BBQ this might be a better option depending on your particular needs/wants)

    We have not encountered any cons to the owning this BBQ, its simply been a great all around experience and we hope to have it for many many years as it is built so well and really does do a great job maintaining the heat for quality and even cooking.
