   Nonstick seems good. However pan never remained flat with reasonable cooking temperatures and has now taken a permanent twisted shape. Spend more for thicker, more dimensionally stable option.

   I was so excited to receive this pan, by the 2nd or 3rd time that I used this pan I noticed it had formed a bump in the center making difficult to use. In the picture I poured water to show that the water went to the sides and no water formed in the center. Very disappointing.

   This is my favorite pan. I have some high dollar pots and pans and none of them cook and clean as good as this pan. I do use a light spray of Pam, don’t know that it’s necessary but I like the ease of turning my food and quick clean up. Note: do not put the hot pan in the water. After using this pan for a very long time, I was in a hurry and not thinking dropped the hot pan in the water. Although it still performed perfectly, it warped and did not sit on the stove flat. That’s my fault not the fault of the pan so I have pan number two and still happy how easy it is to work with.

   Customer Service and they told me that no seasoning is required. However, I did apply a light coating and vegetable oil and wiped it off with a paper towel. I fried some corn, beef hash, and a couple of eggs and the nonstick finish is very good all I did was spray some water on the pan after had cooled and did not even have to wipe it.

   Full disclosure, haven’t even used this pan yet. Seems like a decent pan. There was only one photo of it on product page so I trusted Cuisinart brand and purchased it. The Kitchen Essentials by Calphalon pan it’s replacing is (was) a much better quality. Much thicker with an extra thick heat ring on bottom to minimize warping. I’m guessing it was cast aluminum whereas this pan appears stamped & formed. Don’t overheat it and it should be fine.

    I rarely if ever write a negative review on something. With this pan I make an exception. We have a six month old Samsung glass top stove. I mention this so you don’t wonder about what type of stove I am using. I used the pan about three times before I noticed it began to warp. A griddle isn’t much good if it doesn’t sit flat on your stovetop. I contacted Cuisinart for a replacement, there is a limited lifetime warranty on the pan. They were very nice and sent out a replacement pan. My wife used the replacement pan the first time to fry an egg. She used medium heat, nothing crazy. The new pan was warped by the time the egg was done. With the pan sitting on the flat glass top you can push down on one corner and the whole pan rocks back and forth. I called Cuisinart again and they are sending another pan replacement. I would have rather had my money back and move on. The rep at Cuisinart claimed they never get calls on this pan. I must be the unlucky one. Time will tell if the third pan is a charm. If I knew then what I know now about this pan, would have never bought it.

    My favorite pan! I use an glass top electric stove. The pan does not warp and distributes the heat evenly, I do not have to use a cooking spray to prevent food from sticking!

    Nos encanta, pero siempre cuida de calentar a fuego bajo y no dejarlo demasiado tiempo sin comida. Obviamente no deglasar. A nosotros ya se nos deformó, pero sirve igual.

    Sigo en busca del sartén o comal cuadrado de aluminio perfecto, que para mí sería bastante más grueso. El anodizado de este ejemplar es excelente. Yo preferiría sin recubrimiento antiadherente, pero entiendo que el usuario promedio lo exige y lo acepto.

    El mango de inoxidable es un sueño. Obviamente no me puedo permitir un Mauviel y la verdad, con este diseño me quedo igual (o mád) de feliz.

    I’m enjoying this griddle pan! While it doesn’t offer a ton of real estate, it does have enough room to fit two to three pancakes depending on how big you make them. The pan heats up fast and, in my experience, distributes heat evenly. I also like how lightweight the pan is, which makes it easy to maneuver (and saves a lot of discomfort when cleaning). So far, the nonstick surface has been just that: nonstick. If you’re looking for a quality griddle that won’t weigh you down or take up too much space, this Cuisinart is a fantastic choice!
