I have upped the rating becasue of customer support. These guys stand behind their product 100% and that makes all the difference. No factory can get it right all the time especially at this price point. But their quick response and eagerness to fix any issues is top 1percent in my opinion. I will buy anything they make with 100% confidence.

I accidentally put a hole in and ruined my first unit. Second unit came in and the holes for switching the door around were aligned properly this time. Didn’t have to shave down drink holder as prooer alignment fixed that issue as well

If you have any problems, do not hesitate to call them, they are very eager to get it right.

Right size and price.

Bad alignment if you want to change door swing direction. Could only use 2 of three screws on top to hold freezer. Fine thread bolts with inserts, not just metal screws so it should be fine with 2

Drink holders come attached to inside. When door is switched they are too wide and hit the door. Sanding them down made them fit

Works great. A little too great. I have the setting on pretty low and I keeo a lot of water and thr water on the top shelf always get frozen so I’ve just refrained from keeping too much stuff up there. Otherwise it’s very spacious. The freezer is great and I love the can holders on the side. They fit with full water bottles but they’ll run into anything on the top shelf when you close the door if you do that, another reason I keep the top rather empty. Came very slightly dented but definitely happy with the purchase

If your living space is a small studio like mine and you will be sleeping near the fridge, it makes very strange sounds! Otherwise it’s a great affordable small fridge. I am 5’7″ and constantly bending over and down also was annoying FYI. If you are tall and will not be putting the on a riser, be prepared to bend down to get things inside the fridge. No complaints otherwise, kept everything nice and cool. The freezer even comes with a cute, small ice stray.

I’ve been using this black 7.7 cu. ft. refrigerator for about a week now, and I’m really pleased with how it’s performing. It arrived in great condition, and setup was simple. I let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it in, as recommended. I’m using it mainly for drinks in a climate-controlled space, and it’s the perfect size with a nice, clean look. After some testing, I’ve found that setting it to “4” holds the interior temperature right at 35°F, which is exactly what I was hoping for—just above freezing. That’s more than adequate for keeping drinks ice cold. The manual didn’t clarify which setting was coldest, so I reached out and found out that “5” is the coldest. Once I had that info, dialing it in was easy. Very satisfied so far!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Reviews were positive, and although pricier than others in the segment, we were excited for our new fridge at our tiki bar only to unbox and see the protective laminate peeling and scratched/marked-up everywhere. Add to that a massive 3”-4” long and 1” deep dent on the lower left back, and you could say we’re anything but thrilled. Shipping box didn’t appear to be damaged, so there’s no way to be certain how or why it arrived in its current condition. All we know is we paid for and expected “new”, not “scratch and dent”.
