   Got this to replace the powdered peanut butter – can no longer have peanuts. The two products are not quite the same. This is salt and sugar free – which is fine if you just want to add to a shake or on your oatmeal. But to mix for a PBJ it is a bit lacking in flavor and appearance. It looked more like paper mache and kind of tasted like it too lol. I have since added sweetner and some salt to what is left in my container (upon the advice of someone). Hoping that will help some. I will continue to use though for oatmeal and shakes if nothing else. I do love Barney products – esp the creamy almond butter- so yummy!!

   Very healthy and healthy tasting. It is sort of flavorless, but I added cinnamon and stevia and it makes it better. Not realyl a sub for normal almond butter, but if you want to add protein to smoothies or something like that then I would recommend it.

   Great find–glad to find a not-peanut nut butter! It’s practical, you get all the protein without the fat calories, and the powder is easy to add to many foods. Have reconstituted it with water and spread it on toast with honey or jam and added it to fruit. Also tasty just added in powder form to oatmeal and sandwiches. Yum!

   This is almost flavorless-so don’t expect a big almond influence. However, it blends in well with various foods, adding nutrition. It’s super light-so backpackers, hikers and campers can bring this on the trail. Not sure if it will turn into “butter” with water-but I just add it to things dry.

    I really like the taste and the ability to make as a frothed milk for my coffee. Gives me a protein content with a single ingredient or I can add chopped almonds for a crunchy texture, or vanilla or cinnamon or chocolate, so much variety. It’s a delicious spread for toast, apples and pancakes. The quality seems great. will definitely buy again.

    Tastes good enough and I like that it’s a protein powder without all of the extra stuff. I’ve tried mixing it with water and again with milk and it was better with the milk, but I wouldn’t call it delicious. I haven’t tried in a smoothie yet, but that’s what I’ll probably end up usually using it for. The texture is smooth and not gritty. The flavor is good and it does taste like it doesn’t have much sugar, which is what I like. The consistency when mixed with a liquid is thin and dissolved easily.
