This is a great set! I will say that if you do not know how to cook with stainless, do your research! There is a specific way to do it and if not done right, your food will burn or stick to the pan. Also research on how to clean properly! I am still getting the hang of it, but I am very happy with this set! I gave it 4 stars due to some of the lids being dirty, but you’re suppose to wash them before use anyway :).

This set was very nice to look at, however the pots/saucepans were smaller than what I need so I repacked and returned without using.

As advertised, only thing I would recommend is to not have the open flame rise too high above the sides of the pans as they can discolour.

I don’t have one bad thing to say about this set, cooks great, looks great, cleans easily once seasoned and really worth it.

The pot set is beautiful, but it is needed to read the instructions on how to cook, especially getting the right temperature, otherwise, it becomes difficult to clean. The set is really versatile because you can use it on the burner or in the oven.
I’m very happy with this product.

These pans are terrible. Not only are they difficult to clean, the heat distribution is only marginal at best. The inside of the pan when washed after the first use looked like it was a year old. It was also evident upon physical inspection that the copper looking color on the pan was not really copper, but just a copper-colored heat shrink that didn’t stand up to the heat very well at all. After a couple of uses it started to peel off the outside of the pans. These pans were thrown in the trash and we purchased some All Clad 3 months later. This is not the type of quality that Cuisinart should be putting out.

I bought these for my mom because she wanted copper pots. Real copper pots that are actually made of copper costs thousands of dollars. These are NOT really made of copper, but they are copper-colored and that’s actually what my mom had before, so I knew the metal wasn’t as important to her as much as the color. Anyway, she loves these! She’s so proud of her copper (colored) pots! She says they work great! But she warned my grandma burned the bottom off one of the sauce pans by leaving it heating on the stove while it was empty. So, yeah, that’s never a good idea. Don’t heat empty pans, no matter the color or metal – they will burn.

I decided to upgrade my old cheap pots and pans I had had for 20 years. These had a good review, looked great and had a lot of variety. Boy, do I miss my cheap stuff. Everything sticks regardless of the techniques you can use to counteract that. Can’t make a grilled cheese sandwich, can’t make mac n cheese. Everything sticks and leave messes that waste or ruin food. And if you want to think the issue is the person with the potholders, that’s fair. But, you shouldn’t need a PHD to cook without your pricey name brand pans destroying your food.. Also the heat distribution is uneven. I do not recommend this set, it’s all dazzle and no substance.

Love them so much I bought a second set. Been using them for a year and they look brand new still.

They are not too light and not too heavy. Very pleasant to use, beautiful. They wash well (by hand though). I find them on a small side, for 2 or 3 people max but we are just 2. Highly recommended!

For all those saying the pan stains either on the cooking surface or the exterior of the pot/pan just remember you are to season the pan when you use it with shortening especially the first time and you are to use copper cleaner to clean the outside since copper patinas after use. Great set for the price for everyday use, if you want a heavier product for instance three ply be prepared to spend considerably more.
