   We bought this product to save time with dinner preparation, but I also didn’t want something too large and cumbersome – and this ended up working perfectly for us!

   We use it multiple times a week. It’s very easy to use depending on whether I need vegetables to be cut coarsely or ginger/garlic to be minced fine. And after use, we can either easily hand wash it or put it through our high temp dish washer.

   The unit itself looks really attractive amongst all our other white and stainless steel appliances. My only complaint, is that I wish when the top cup was secured, the handle would be fixed at either the 3:00 or 9:00 position instead of 6:00 where it just looks a bit awkward. Very minor complaint for an otherwise perfect product.

   I don’t know if I was pulsing too much while prepping broccoli fritters, but it stopped working after 6 months. I was so excited to get it because of the great reviews and historically great brand quality, but for sure, I will have to go to plan B. The issue is that the motor works but the blade doesn’t spin because the metal washer in the underside of the bowl isn’t grabbing the plastic that houses it. Thus, the blades aren’t spinning. Long-term wear and tear would be a great concern of mine with this machine. I loved it while it lasted!

   this is without a doubt the best food processor I’ve ever owned. Yes, it’s on the pricey side, but everything about it is beautifully made, heavy duty, and perfectly fitted with no sloppy parts rattling around. High quality all the way around. I can shred a whole head of cabbage in just a couple of minutes. I’ve even used it to make ground meat. It’s handles everything we’ve thrown at it, from making salad dressing to shredding cheese to grinding meat.

   I purchased this as a replacement for my 15 year old former Cuisinart mini chopper. I’ve trusted this brand for many years and it does not disappoint. It is actually much lighter than my old one and has a larger capacity – but still keeping its “mini” status. I appreciate that the cord winds up under the chopper for easy storage.    Took a chance and purchased used. Obviously as the picture of the shows. Was a bit nervous opening. Once I did, inside was beautiful, like new! PRO’S: – The cord – It easily retracts into the base. – The lid – Unlike the Cuisinart Elemental, with the Core models the lid easily locks into place. The Elementals lid must have been designed by someone who never cooks because it’s unnecessarily complicated, serious pain to deal with! Returned that model. – Power – Bigger IS better. Watts DO matter. Tried a Kitchenaid, but the lame 250watts was pathetic. Started using this Cuisinart Core day 1 and it has a powerful motor (950w), love it. Has power needed for making ground beef, chopping nuts – zero issues! There’s no dough blade included. But please see Pic, experts actually don’t recommend them! 😉 Had an older Cuisinart for years and it was a true workhorse. Unfortunately that model is no longer made. This is the closest to it, with the added benefit of having additional accessories available. Thank you cuisinartoutlets.com for the great deal ($50 bucks)!!!

   I bought this a couple of years back and just started using it daily to make smoothies when my blender broke. It works great for a large 16 – 24 oz smoothie made with frozen fruit, fresh fruit and yogurt. I was shopping for a small blender so I can make them at work and decided just to buy a second one of these for the office given the price. Why pay double for a personal blender when this thing does such a great job quickly and so easy to clean to?!

    This is the handiest gadget. Mayo, chopped onions, you name it. If it’s a small job and normally labor-intensive, this is great. It takes no space, is well-designed, easy to use, and easy to clean. I use it all the time for things I would never have anticipated.

    It does the job. I wanted something larger than my Black & Decker Handy Chopper Plus that I ‘ve had for many years and this Cuisinart MCH-4 was my first try. So far it is blending fruit (banana, mandarin orange) with almond milk adequately to add to protein shakes and pureeing cottage cheese for a healthier queso dip. It is noisy but is not noticeably louder than my other chopper. It has a stable base and stays put during use but it does seem to take a little longer to do similar tasks compared to my ole one. While I have had it leak from the top, between the bowl and lid, it is minimal and rare and might be more about learning where the fill limit line is for different ingredients.
    Assembly and cleaning is simple and easy. The cord storage underneath is a nice touch and functions OK. I do like the compact size as I have limited countertop and cabinet space.
    While I am already debating buying a larger capacity chopper/grinder, I am using this one almost daily and cannot come up with any reason to not recommended it.

    Bought this so I did not have to dirty up the big processor for small cooking chores….very pleased…build quality is nice and it is powerful for such a small machine….in fact you have to be careful to not over process. Wife and I use it several times a week. Easy to clean and stays on the counter because it does not take up much room.
