   Cuisinart 722-30HNS Chef’s Classic Stainless Nonstick 12-Inch Open Skillet with Helper Handle is exactly what we needed in order to fry cook on our new glass stop stove. The inner core distributes the heat equally across the bottom makes frying a no-burn process as long as we keep the temperature low. The nonstick coating has made clean up fast and easy.

   i have gone through the granite and made for TV skillets and found them to be light weight and cheap.
   I have used my Cuisinart 10″ for about two years. No pot holder or towell is required due to the long handle. The tall sides allow me to stir the food by quickly sliding back and fourth. I was hesitant on buying a skillet with the no-stick coating but find it to be very helpful and there is no evidence of any coating coming off. I also have an eight inch Cuisinart I use to make omelets and cook smaller meals. I am very satisfied with both and use them almost daily. I have a nephew that likes to cook and just started living in his first house. He is getting by with cooking utensils given to him. I bought a 10 inch Cuisinart skillet. He was quick to recognize the quality and has told me how much he likes it.

   With all the fuss over coating we figured no coating was the safest, However, we did want one mainly for fried eggs. But we use it at relatively low temperatures and clean it well after every use. So it is just fine for our purposes. Thanks.
