   This item did not work after one use. I called the number listed. They gave me a code to take to UPS to return it. I did so. I was supposed to get a replacement and have not heard anything. I do not know how to get a refund from cuisinartoutlets.com.

   So sorry I didn’t fully open the box when I bought this used because I was embarrassed giving this as a gift. I bought this used and it said “good condition.” When it came it, I opened the box and glanced at the parts to see if all the parts were there. I should have taken it completely out of the box. I gave this to my niece as a gift and was mortified when she told me there were bits of dried food in the bowl and a film inside the bowl. The bottom of the bowl was also cracked and part of the plastic was missing at the bottom of the bowl. I would not call this “good condition.” I wish I could send this back – food and all, but the time limit is way beyond its return date.
