   Recipes are pretty good and tasty. We make milk free versions and coconut milk and cream make good ice cream with included recipes. The only hard part to clean is the plastic insert but it does its job mixing pretty well. This unit is noisy and a little rumbly so I put it in the garage as even in next room its intrusive. The unit works really well and within 30 minutes you have a treat. Scraping the IC out the tub it a little bit of a pain as it sticks very well to the cold tub insides. A sharp wooden or bamboo scraper does the job. Very worth the money to make your own concoctions.

   I bought this as a gift for my partner for Christmas but it really feels like a gift to myself! He loves it for it’s ease of use and for how it easy it is to clean. I love it because he makes us the best ice cream I’ve ever had. He use the little recipe book that came with the machine as a starting point and then lets his imagination run wild with flavors.

   We are using this a couple times a week. I’ve used the vanilla and simple chocolate which is fantastic. I let it mix for the longer timeframe. Then put it in an old store bought plastic ice cream container to get harder in the freezer.

   Very good product, could be better in my opinion but for an automated icecream maker it is very nice. 4 stars because 1) There was a big sticker on the front that was not EZ peel, left glue residue on the brand new machine. 2) When the machine is turning or churning, however you want to say it, it doesnt scrape the entire bottom or sides so when you take your icecream out there is always really hard icecream stuck to it. Do not use metal spoon to scrape it off unless you want marks in your bowl. Other than those 2 things its great, I have made 5 gallons of icecream with it so far!

   I used it at least 5 times so far to make Arabic ice cream. After adding the mix to the machine, and within 20 -25 minutes, I was able to get my organic ice cream which I served to myself as soon as it was ready…and needless to say, I have to use my treadmill a lot more since I have bought this machine… The machine is sturdy, but could be loud, so forget about watching or listen to anything while this machine is running. The ice cream quality and taste that it makes in my opinion was better than many ice cream brands I have tried before. I don’t think I have tasted any ice cream not only in the US, but also in Europe with the same texture or taste. Would I recommend it? Yes and no… Yes, if you want to make a delicious tasting ice cream that would really surprise anyone who have the healthy taste buds for a good tasting homemade ice cream… And no, I won’t recommend if you are trying to stay fit unless you adopt a different workout program … I definitely recommend

   I’ve always made homemade custard (eggs, flour…) Really didn’t expect this little machine to freeze my custard without ice and rock salt. Within 30 minutes I had a soft serve treat and I’m about 45 it was just right. I had to save the leftover custard and freeze the next day because the freezing bowl is a little small. But that’s not a problem. It functions like it says! Super easy clean up. Once you empty the bowl dry and store in freezer for next use! Definitely worth the purchase!

   コツとしては、フリーザーボールを冷凍庫で２日間かけてきっちり冷やすこと。冷やし方が甘いと固まらず、スムージーみたいになってしまいます。
   最初はフリーザーボールに半分くらいで作ってみて、出来具合を見て量を調節すればいいです。

    This works great. All the bad reviews are because of user error honestly. Keep the basin in the darn freezer people! It makes soft serve. I’m carnivore and use raw cream and raw milk, a little vanilla and monkfruit. Sometimes I make custard and mix that in. Sometimes I use whatever flavor of carnivore protein powder I’m feeling. Peanut butter, chocolate, maybe strawberry, it’s not hard. Pour your ingredients in with the paddle already in place, let it go. It’s not THAT loud either. Seriously these comments are pretty ridiculous!

    One word…toggle switch. So many kitchen appliances come with digital bells and whistles you have no choice but to pay for and never wind up using. This ice cream maker turns on and off. That is all. The freezer bowl takes up minimal freezer space and the base easily tucks into a cupboard or pantry. If you’re making ice cream throughout the warm months, the capacity of this one has you. Hand washing is quick and easy. It’s fast, quiet, and lightweight. It’s just wonderful.

    This is an amazing product! We make ice cream consistently now and it is so much better than store bought. High-capacity bowl helps us make a good quantity of ice cream and is easy to clean afterwards. We keep it stored in the freezer so we can make ice cream when we want. The ice cream we make with this always tastes amazing and is easy to customize. We’ve made creamier ice cream and lighter ice cream textures and they’re all delicious. Highly recommend!

    Definitely consider getting one of these. I received one as an anniversary gift for years at my company. I loved it so much I bought this one for my daughter for Christmas. It does come out of machine soft serve so if you like it more stiff consider the extra freezing time needed when planning.

    buying the Cuisinart ICE-30Bc from U.K , the electric current is supposed to be 220 volts. to my shock and surprise, i received the unit and plugged it in Jordan and it burned because the electric current requirement on the bottom of the unit says 110 volts .

    this is unusual to sell electric run units in the U.K. with 110 volts electric requirement. now i am trying to repair the unit in Jordan on my own expense and i blame this on you.

    This is our second ice cream maker in 18 years and it is all you need because it’s so easy to use. We bought a second bowl so we can make a lot of ice cream in a short period of time. It is a little noisy but you can put it somewhere else and close the door. It only takes 25 to 35 minutes depending on your recipe. I highly recommend it.
