The tools are fantastic. The case is cheap. After 1 year the case fell apart and grew some nasty fungus inside of it. I care for it just like all my other BBQ items, they sit inside a weatherproof deck box. I guess it can’t hold up to Texas humidity.

The tools in this set are nice; they seem like good quality and design. The case however is low quality. The first time I opened it one of the panels was already falling off, making the case pretty useless as the tools are a mess inside. You are mainly buying the product for the tools though, which all seem good.

Pay attention to the other reviews about the mold. My set got moldy (after about 3 weeks) after I put it under the barbeque for storage – a strange, orange and powdery mold with some webbing that looks like it’s coming from the black lining. Going to try to salvage this (after spending $60 I feel that I need to try). cuisinartoutlets.com should stop selling this product until the mold is addressed – a safety issue I’m sure. I gave the item 3 stars because the tools themselves are nice, but probably could have gotten just as nice a set (and probably cheaper) without the storage case. Now off I go to contain the crazy orange mold and hoping I don’t get sick from it.

I think this is one of the best starter kit for when you get into grilling. Especially when you can get this set on sale, it ends up being worth what you are paying for. You will probably get use of everything for years to come.

And the bonus meat thermometer that it comes with is a nice bonus.

The only cons that I see in this set is the case that holds everything isn’t super sturdy, but it’s not really a problem.

As well the grate cleaner is probably the one thing you would want to replace pretty fast.

New home, new professional gas grill so of course I needed new BBQ cooking tools. I was looking for a stainless steel set to match my professional grill and did not want any wood handles. Old tools had wood handless that did not stand up well over time. A bonus I had not considered is that this tool set comes with a heavy duty steel case that is very well made and provides sturdy storage for each piece. I was originally just going to put all the pieces in one of the drawers in my outdoor kitchen but this case works so well that I kept everything in the case which fits perfectly in one of the top drawers. Another bonus, fork with digital food temperature works perfectly. I would purchase again and give as a great gift. Highly recommend.

This is a very sturdy set. You get everything you need for the grill. Included in this set is a thermometer fork which is perfect for checking the internal temperature of your meat. I really love using this set. It also comes in a nice sturdy strong case, which makes it even better to keep all your grilling utensils together. It’s easy to clean. I will definitely buy this again as a gift. Once you buy this set you won’t have to buy another one for a long time. This set will definitely last a long time.

This was obviously a return which I didn’t realize until it was opened on Christmas Day as a gift. I should have opened it to inspect it when it was delivered a month ago. It was obvious someone returned it and didn’t bother put tools back in their place, and as you can see from the photos the side left lock is broken off. It’s now beyond the return window.
