   Most heavy duty baking pan I’ve bought but as soon as it heats up you sometimes hear a metallic noise. That noise is the pan twisting and warping quite bad. Check the picture, one whole side of the pan is elevated off the oven grate. Later when it cools this warping reverts. If not for the warping I would give it 4/5 or 5/5 because the pan also stains quickly.

   I wanted to fit 2 pans side by side in my oven. These work perfectly. They are not a common size. They are heavy duty. They don’t have the extra handle extension that made othe pans I looked at too long to fit. So far I have baked things at 425 with no problem. I don’t know what it takes to warp a pan, but these seem like they are thick enough never to warp.

   I ordered this sheet pan because of the size, when it arrived I was a bit surprised at the ‘heft’ of it. It’s a bit heavier than my other sheet pans but it’s nice to have a pan that’s so sturdy. The nonstick coating seems great so far, we’ve used this pan to make a variety of things and everything comes off easily. Next time I need to buy a sheet pan I’ll definitely look for this one again.

   I have only used a scotchbrite to pad clean this pan. This happened. There should be no reason for this. The finish stuck to food.

   I have a new range that has an air fryer option and comes with a large basket for air frying in the oven. None of my sheet pans were big enough for this basket to sit on in the oven to keep food from dropping into the oven as it cooks. I ordered this Cuisinart 21 inch baking sheet which solves my problem. It is large enough for the air fryer basket to sit on in the oven. It is also very sturdy and well made, as most Cuisinart products are. I am pleased with my purchase.

    I bought this heavy baking sheet to replace an old one that was warped. I chose this one because I was under the impression that Cuisinart made quality products but I was wrong. Despite appearing nice and solid, this pan warped immediately. What a waste of money.

    If you are waffling about shelling out money for these pans.. just do it! My pics are circled in red cookies made in cuisinart pan vs foil lined cheap pan you can see how evenly and we’ll cooked the cuisinart one is these went in at the same time and temp from same batch. The cuisinart pans are super sturdy never had such thick sturdy pan and cook so evenly an nothing sticks to them if you follow the care instructions. No butter, pan or oil needed!

    I’ve been using these sheets for about a year. The no-stick was great (at first). The sturdiness is great. The heat distribution is good. The sheets don’t warp even at very high temps. Over time the sheets have been starting to rust. Water collects in the rolled edge when they are in the dishwasher. Nothing you can do about it. Over time the rusting just gets worse and worse. They leave rust spots in the dishwasher and when you take them out of the dishwasher, invariably they leak rusty water all over the floor and into the storage location. If you like rust, these are the sheets for you. The non-stick coating just doesn’t last. You can foil it but why? These are going to get dumped. It’s a shame because they are a nice heavy weight and the heat is so nicely distributed. They are great initially. Not so great over time.

    The product states it is dishwasher safe and stainless steel, however this tray rusted after one run through the dishwasher. Customer service according to cuisinartoutlets.com had to be done through Cuisinart to which they stated no refunds or replacements even for this.

    The pan is great but don’t wash and just put it away. It will rust in the seams where the metal curls over. I have to hand wash and air dry it before putting it away. It is a great pan, doesn’t warp, doesn’t allow things to stick to it but you better let it air dry with the bottom on a mat so water doesn’t stay in the seam.

    I have a 15 inch jelly roll pan, that fits in my new toaster oven, so I was looking for some wider 15 inch pans that would also fit in there and give me more surface area… These are great pans, however they do not fit in my Wolff toaster oven. They are 15 1/2 inches from edge of rim to edge of rim on the top, and that doesn’t quite make it in there. Very sturdy very lovely otherwise, four-star’s only because they lied about the size.
