   Used this pot 3 times to boil potatoes. Black spots and weird discoloration appeared at first use and is only getting worse. Nothing has been burned or scorched in this pan ever. No chemicals have been used for cleaning it only dish detergent for hand washing. Evidently a product defect. Waiting on Customer service to respond to email. Haven’t had it a month. Did this on first use of boiling potatoes. Gets worse with each use. For $35. I expected better. I’d rate zero if it were an option. Very very disappointed in product.

   I really like the shape of this pan, when I make sauces, they have more surface area to heat against the sides of the pan, so they seem to cook faster, without boiling, if I don’t want that. It’s a nice smooth stainless steel, so really easy to clean too. The lid has a nice, tight fit.

   So cheap and flimsy. Never had a pan scorch and burn like this one does. Low quality steel, not a great pan.

   Purchased this as a gift

   I actually used it a few times myself. It has a nice heft to it and the handle is a good shape.
   The lid fits nicely and overall, this cooks well.

   I like the finish since it is easy to clean and has a classy look.

   It feels every bit as good as commercial cookware I have used and looks better.

   This pan is amazing it takes a beating and cleans up incredibly well. My husband burnt pasta in the kettle as you can see and it clean out without a mark on it no scratches or anything. The kettle also works well as a pan for making grilled cheese and other things as a frying pan it’s very versatile slightly smaller then I thought but exactly as advertised and definitely a welcomed addition to any kitchen. I love it and my husband who actually cooks more then I do and often better then I do loves it too.

   I use this pan for everything but frying eggs lol. It’s great for boiling pasta for 1-4 people, wide and deep enough to do pretty much anything I cook as a single person. I can boil a dozen eggs or more at a time, love the measuring lines and lid. This will be with me for a very long time!! 🙂

   very good stainless steel “wok”. not sure if it’s 18-10 or18-8 but the bottom is nice. the side is a bit thin and food will stick to it and a bit hard to clean. i used a dap of soft scrub on a plastic scrubbing pad and it took the stain right off. the bottom was no problem, just soak it in soapy water and it cleaned right off. the handle stay cool but the lid needs a pot holder because it gets very hot.

    Very easy to sticky with cooking and hard to clean up afterwards. The stainless would discoloring and leave black stains.

    I have a new induction range, but wanted a mid-size ‘daily use’ skillet/pan. This one is deep enough to cook pasta for 2-4 people, but small and light-weight enough that I can easily do stirfry, etc. in it. Like it so much that I bought an extra. It’s a great multi-purpose pan!

    The bottom is not flat. We have a glass top stove. The handle where it splits to the rivets has a dent on right. There are blemishes in bottom inside the pan. Waiting to hear back from Cuisinart.
