   Use this as my daily pan. It works great for just about anything. My only issue is a slight warp in the center has started. So its not completely flat after 6 months of use. I thought I could use the strainer by putting in the pan adding water and adding pasta. But the strainer doesn’t go down very deep. So its a lot of water and not much pasta in the end. But the strainer does work separately or as a steamer.
   So fat the non-stick coating is unscathed, even when we used a fork in it.

   I’m answering my own question that neither the Amz Bot 🤖 could answer, nor was mentioned in any of the reviews I read: Yes, it is Induction Ready! This is why I wanted this large pan, but I am thrilled about the quality stainless steel steamer/stainer. I just tested pan, lid, & steamer with the “boil a mug* of water” test to be sure it will work on my induction hob I use car camping & traveling. While 4.5qt pot is bigger than I preferred (wanted a 2.5 or 3qt pan), I can make this work because it isn’t too heavy & the pan is balanced when I lifted it off of induction burner shown. And it was on sale. Rating: 4 stars for now based on what is mentioned above about performance during today’s out of box testing. I’m traveling now & will continue to use to cook our meals on the way back home. *Mug in pictures is standard USA coffee mug size & to show size comparison.

   It is a big pan, but the bottom fits perfect on a 8″ electric burner. I thought it might be too big hanging off the burner but it fits perfect. The steamer insert fits the inside of the pan and will hold a lot of vegetables. It has stainless steel legs that sit up off the pan. Very sturdy pan, steamer, and lid. It also comes with a big heavy duty flipper, for
   hamburgers or pancakes. It’s a do it all pan.
   I like cooking in one pan and this one works great for that. I made sausage, potatoes, and cabbage in it and it turned out great. I made one pot spaghetti in it. it holds a lot.
   It was on a flash deal and was such a great price too. Very easy to clean, nothing sticks cleanup is easy.

   I purchased this pot for several reasons, to fry, to steam and for making stir fry dishes. So far, so far I’ve pleased. I purchased it in November 2024. It cleans well, it doesn’t burn my food and it is easy to lift and move around. If things change then I’ll come back and review my comments. But so far I will definitely recommend the pot who is lol for a multipurpose pot.

   Fantastic. Non-stick. Great for steaming or frying or boiling. Only complaint is you can’t completely seal with the lid due to the pour spout but otherwise, the perfect pan.

   Great pan/pot and feels very high quality. Good size and shape to be a main pot/pan. Like the pour spouts on the side that make it easy to transfer or drain. But it is a little on the heavy side. Wife needs to use both hands to lift and tilt it. Got it for a great price.

   I love this high quality pan. You can use it in so many different cooking methods. I like the high slightly angled sides. Sometimes I use it instead of a frying pan, because the sides will better contain any spatter. It has a safe nonstick ceramic inner surface that is easy to clean. Even though it has a flat bottom, it is almost like a wok. I plan on using as that since I had to toss my unsafe teflon wok. It comes with a steaming basket. It is my Perfect Preferred Pan.
