La description de l’appareil semblait optimale ! J’ai donc commandé l’appareil, je reçois alors un avis de BLA BROTHERS me disant que le grill n’est pas aux normes et que je peux annuler ma commande. Je veux donc le faire aussitôt.
Pas de chance, la commande a été expédiée, impossible de l’annuler. Je dois donc patienter pour recevoir cette commande et la renvoyer à l’expéditeur : coût total à ma charge, plus de 100€ !
Pourquoi BLA BROTHERS n’a pas attendu 24h avant de m’envoyer l’appareil ?
