An excellent pan except for the rivets than hold the handles on. They are made of aluminum and badly corrode if you use acidic foods, which I always make tomato based lasagna. After a few years of use, the the handles fell off! I replaced the aluminum with copper rivets, so it’s good now. I just don’t understand how Cuisinart could have overlooked this.
Another complaint is that the pan does not come with a cover, nor does Cuisinart offer a lid that will fit.
I’m tempted to rate the pan to 3 stars, but besides these two complaints, it is a great pan.

The thickness of the stainless steel was a very pleasant surprise. Very good quality with the stainless steel. Also, the handles are nice and thick. The quality seems like it will be a pan that lasts for a very long time.
Furthermore, the thickness allows for even heating.
Cooks great, looks great.

I loved the product because it’s a great roast pan for a two person meal. It’s easy to clean, and does not have that rim that water gets in and rusts the pan from inside out so I can throw it in the dishwasher without issues. I can see why people did not like this as a lasagna pan because it’s not very deep for American style lasagna, but it is great for everything else.
