It’s an ok waffle maker, don’t use the top fill function if you want anything resembling a waffle, this was not well designed lol.

I was very happy when the item arrived but unfortunately it was faulty and I had to return it. Although it have been told that a refund has been issued I still have not received it.

The trick is getting the correct amount (about 1/4″ from top of included measure) and viscosity. Overall a great waffle maker.Turn out nice and crisp.
If using krusteaze, add extra 1 teaspoons of oil or water to thin the mix down considerably. Never had a failure since.
