   Purchased to replace the grate in a Cuisinart CGG-306 grill.
   First grate received was not welded correctly. cuisinartoutlets.com replaced it. The second grate dropped into the grill exactly right. Feels heavy, solid, and strong. Works great! I downgraded one star because of needing to reorder.

   Note that this grill has a three-year warranty from the manufacturer. For myself, I just ordered a new grate since the original one gave me hundreds of grilling events. Literally, hundreds! I felt I wore out that first grate. However, there is a 3-year warranty available from Cuisinart, if needed.

   Cuisanart bar b q s have changed in the past few years. The grills have been made smaller so they didn’t fit their mounting area properly and became hard to position. The stainless grease shields are plain metal now and have become hard to clean after each use. The leg design was changed from four legs to one leg on each end. That lasted one year.
   It’s a good product but the company is allowing non bar b q knowledged designers to make cost saving changes.
   A shame as the product has been very good for many years.

   Grate is a poor steel. Have to replace yearly. Like the grill. Grate rusts and steel starts to separate. I grill year round and grill is always outside in Wisconsin.
