   Lasted a year. 2nd knife to break at the ricasso. There is NO way a full tang with rivets could break away in this manner. Likely a rat tail tang or partial. Likely to the first rivet. I cracked knife blade open completely. 3rd photo. Poor blade design. Again a partial tang with a hook over the 1st rivet and a short stubby end. This horrible design creates a heavy lever action on the thin hard plastic material at the ricasso. This catastophic failure could possibly cause injury. It sure got my attention.

   I love how these look, but unfortunately they have all cracked and become unusable within two years of purchase. I have consistently washed them in the dishwasher, so they might last longer if hand washed.

   Still seem OK, but I specifically bought these as they noted they had a serrated edge & wanted the same as what I had previously. These are exactly what they show in the pic, thought the pic was incorrect, but it wasn’t the description was.

    Steak knives will take a lot of abuse. Most of the time they will be used on ceramic plates which will dull the blade. Keeping that in mind, these are perfect for that role. They can be sharpened and eventually will need to be replaced and my wallet won’t have a problem with that!
