   I love the look of this toaster, but I hate that after 2 uses the left side doesn’t stay down. If you hold it, it will toast (you read that in the field of dreams tone). But no one really wants to hold the toast lever down and wait. I’m usually too busy making eggs to be bothered with all that. So alas…it will be returned.

   Woo is a Shotty company watch out. Looks like crap in our kitchen. Hope it breaks under warranty so they can have it back! Total mistake to buy!

   I purchased this on the warehouse. Reconditioned like new. Product works great and I am pleased with the results. However, the unit I purchased and wanted has dials like on the photo, but the unit I received has push buttons instead of dials and I really would prefer the dials. Functions and results are good, so I am keeping, but had I known that I would get a push button version I would have kept looking.

   Four slice toaster only has one side that works.
   One side sparks and then stopped working.
   And this all happened the first time I used it.
