It’s wonderful for a refurbished item. It looks brand new. Everything was included that it stated to be.
The only issue I have with it is that it brews a little slow. Other than that, I cannot complain.

Recent refurbished product. Makes a very good cup of coffee. No having to choose brew strength or temperature which I wonder if contributes to the good brew. But – the alarm which sounds at the end of the brewing cycle is loud, annoying, and cannot be turned off. When you are someone who is up at an early hour and trying to be quiet while others are still sleeping, it’s enough to make me continue looking for a coffee maker. But, again, it does make a good cup of coffee.

After 90 days, controls to start brewing became difficult to keep on. A week later, it started brewing on it’s own. I now unplug after each use. Once the controls quit working I’ll order a different model. Still prefer Cuisinart brand.

This was a great deal and it makes good coffee just as my previous Cuisinart coffee makers did, but as others have stated, the signal it emits when coffee is ready is loud and annoying. If you can live with that it’s worth it.

Be careful when purchasing refurbished items. Coffee pot was purchased as a gift and discovered this was coffee pot was missing the gold-tone reusable filter. Time and hassle not worth going through product return to Beach Camera. I had to purchase an additional filter for $8.50 including tax to make the gift right. Probably will avoid refurbished products going forward especially when gifting.

Once I discovered I could get a great coffee pot for half the usual retail price, well, that was a great day.
