   I only used this disc twice & the second time I used it it just mutilated the cold pepperoni that I was slicing. The first time was perfect but not now. This blade went dull after the first use. Very disappointing. $30.00 wasted. Do not buy this slicing disc.

   I broke this blade YEARS ago — when my daughter visited this summer, she researched and was able to replace the blade and the stem for my Very Old but much loved Cuisinart. This blade slices the cucumbers and onions for bread and butter pickles quickly, neatly,uniformly —

   I love my cuisinart blades. Of course you have to have the adaptor which comes with the machine. I bought this for potato chips since I thought the smaller one would be too small. It’s a little big for chips but I’ll keep it for potato dishes which require sliced potatoes although the blade which came with the cuisinart worked fine for these.

   This blade fits with an older model Cuisinart food processor (Like 1980s vintage). HOW COOL IS THAT! It is very well constructed and works very well too.

   As it seems with all Cuisinart slicing discs, this one is no different. Well made and “Very” sharp! Careful when handling this. Does a great job.
