Not worth any price. Top does not come down level. Therefore top comes down and forces ingredients out of sandwich.

The removable plates are the reason I bought it, because trying to clean fixed plates is for suckers. It has no temperature control, but the default “on” setting cooks everything how I want, from steaks to burritos, and paninis of course. Superb function, especially given the price.

Love that plates are removable

Top grill doesn’t dislodge, making it hard to press down thick sandwiches. It gets overheated to the touch. Be aware.

Made my first Panini and it was awesome. Only issue I have is that if you make a large sandwich (1″ thick) the top plate presses down unevenly which requires you to rotate your item so that it comes out even.

This was a refurbished item. I had another make/model in the past and I know how these should work. This never toasted the bread and never seemed to get very hot. It is going to be returned.

Fun little barbecue for indoor and out good product but a good company

Bought it as possible alternative cooking source for when we had our kitchen remodeled.
I actually haven’t used it as yet but it appears to be quality construction. Not too heavy to lift but not flying may either.
I look forward to making naan and possibly pitas with it. Grilled veggies sound amazing too!
