   I had a bunch of cheap knives with black plastic handles. These black handles leech out a dangerous vapor into the air. Those vapors travel deep into my lungs and stick to my teeth. As soon as I removed them all, the air quality dramatically changed for the better.

   I was so thankful to find these knives; they don’t ruin the air quality and don’t cost that much. These stainless steel knives are also very sharp.

   If you care about your health and the air quality, buy these.

   Important Note: – The plastic knife holders and the small plastic blade fitting. I STRONGLY suggest you toss those out after opening the package; THOSE separate plastic parts do OFF GASS.

   I love these knives all the way around.
   First off I love when knives come with sleeves. I can put them in the silverware drawer and not have to worry about cutting myself or their edge dulling.
   These knives have been for the most part the only knives used in my kitchen. They are so versatile and quite sharp. They make quick work of any job whether it’s bread, vegetables, tomatoes, fruit, or meat. They get the job done.
   Finally, they look nice. They aren’t anything overly fancy but they look nice and sleek. They are a stainless so they go with just about anything.
   Overall these knives are one of the best kitchen buys I’ve made in a while!

   I had owned a smaller Cuisinart knife that was my favorite knife ever. It disappeared so I ordered this. I wanted a knife that was solid from the handle through to the blade. I saw this 3 pack of various sizes and ordered them. I was not disappointed. These knives are well built. The one I use most is the smallest one. It’s a different style from my former one, but I still like it. There’s a cross-hatch built into the metal handle for a better grip. The only thing I miss about my former knife is it seemed to be better balanced compared to this one. This knife’s handle is heavy! Not too heavy, but that’s just me nitpicking. I’m very happy to have 3 sturdy well made knives. You can’t go wrong with them.

   I really like these knives, they made my life a lot easier and the cooking process much faster, but the knives are not well balanced ’cause the handles are much heavier. I once put the big knife on a plate and it slipped and fell on the floor. Nevertheless, it is a good buy and I’m happy I have them in my kitchen.

   Beautiful design. The weight is decent, though the handles are hollow. The hollow handles allow the knife to be balanced at a certain point, otherwise, the handle would hold too much weight.

    If you are looking at the German hundred dollar-a-blade knives, these might do you better for your lifestyle at a fraction of the price. I bought mine to keep at my cabin and I have the hundred dollar-a-blade German ones at my house, but I’m honestly not sure which I prefer to use.

    I bit the bullet and ordered some new knives. Most of my knives were cheap dollar store knives that never get sharp by sharpening them, had broken handles and looked horrible. I LOVE these knives. Just one thing, they are unbelievably sharp. I don’t think I have ever owned a knife this sharp. Needless to say, I ended up with a few nicks the first time I used them. The big knife sliced through a whole very large Boston butt roast that was partially still frozen like it was hot butter. I was impressed and amazed. I have used them almost every day and wash them in the dishwasher and it has no negative effect on them at all. It does not dull them nor affect the finish on them. They also do not pit nor get rust looking spots on them like cheap knives do. HIGHLY recommend these knives. I will be replacing more of my old cheap knives with Cuisinart knives in the near future.
