   Know how sometimes you really want something and think you’ll use it all time and then you pull the trigger and buy it … and end up using it once?

   Yeah, this.

   That part is on me. Part of the neglect of use is that the bowl takes up a lot of room in my freezer. Part of it is that I was pretty unimpressed with the coconut milk ice cream. It was super hard and icy. Was hoping to save money over buying pricy non-dairy frozen treats. Lol, joke’s on me.

   I love the size; it can be stored anywhere, easy to clean, versatile, affordable, and cute. I love it. I’ve had many ice cream makers, and this one is definitely my favorite! I always keep the bowl in the refrigerator so I can make ice cream whenever I want.

   it is built well and functions as expected, plus I mean the colour, who doesn’t love hot pink. If this one ever breaks I would happily purchase again. We even use the frozen base to store drinks in for events by freezing it and filling it with ice because it stays cool for so long.

   Got this maker in pink and its so cute! It works just fine, but the bowl does take up a large space in the freezer. It also has to be kept in there for at least overnight, although I suggest a couple days. When I made ice cream the following day after placing it to freeze, the ice cream was not fully freezing up. It was still on the soft and runny side even though I had it churning for a while. Just make sure the bowl gets a good deep freeze and you’re good to go! Other than that, its simple to use, good price point, comes in fun colors, and very easy to clean so we have fun coming up with experimental ice cream flavors!

   I’m obsessed with this machine! I’ve made at least 15 batches, if not more, of ice cream and not stopping! The ice cream is everything I’ve been searching for in the stores but waaaay better. The machine churns out light and creamy ice cream each time. I have a hard time processing store bought ice cream due to all the extras but I’m able to fully process this and I don’t feel gross after eating it. The machine is super easy and quick to use. The hardest part of waiting for it to freeze! I make a batch of custard/batter the night before then pop it into the machine in the morning so I have ice cream for dessert at night. The instruction book is super helpful and I recommend freezing the bowl overnight; I tried a batch in the morning and then at night and it didn’t work. The batch at night was still liquid. I found that if you chill a batch in the freezer for 1 to 2hrs it’s helpful with churning. It’s really best to have all your ingredients super cold when they go into the freezer bowl for optimal amount of ice cream. The custard/batter should grow in size (see chocolate image) and takes about 15 minutes to churn in the machine depending on how cold the ingredients are. I prefer the recipes in the book to what I find online as they don’t have a ton of extra stuff in them and they’re easy to modify to your liking. Definitely buy this, you won’t regret it! I made a variety of ice cream flavors when my family was in town and my uncle is buying one for his brother and my aunt is buying one for her husband, my uncle! I’m so happy I bought this and wish I bought one years ago!

   This thing is GREAT!!! Used it for the first time this evening and was really impressed. Super simple to use, I used a FroYo mix and milk. If you follow the instructions, you will have a tasty frozen treat in less than 20 minutes. It’s quiet and easy to clean. Takes about the same amount of space as a coffee maker and is not real heavy to move. The instructions come with a ton of recipes and I’m looking forward to trying them. I was also pleased with the amount of one batch: my husband and I each had a generous serving and there was a lot left for tomorrow night. I’m really glad I bought it.

   The unit is quiet in operation but not silent. Very tolerable for me. The cord is only 2 feet long and I would like it better if it was longer, especially since the excess stores in the base out of the way. The freezer bowl is not dishwasher safe, but the parts are so simple to clean I don’t mind at all. After a quick wash I popped the freezer bowl in my freezer overnight. It’s 6 inches tall by 7 in diameter, so it fit easily. The next afternoon I mixed 1 1/2 cups coconut cream with 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut in my blender and pulsed it a few times to break down the coconut a little bit. Then I took the bowl out of the freezer, placed it on the base, put the paddle in place, then the cover. I turned it on and poured my mix in through the top. 15 min later it was ready to transfer to a tub and into the freezer. Delicious. Very simple and quick. My next batch was vanilla from a creme anglaise base. It took longer to freeze, 30 minutes, and came out very smooth and creamy. Since then chocolate and strawberry. I’m very happy with the machine so far; quiet and quick. Easy to clean. I’m careful to use silicone or wooden spoons and paddles with the freezer bowl to avoid scratching it and it’s holding up well. I haven’t used it for ices yet but I don’t think it will have any problem with them, the motor is powerful and the paddle seems strong enough. I’ll try to remember to update when I do or if any trouble starts. *Thai basil and lime granita yesterday. Yum The machine took it to 95%done: it reached a point where there was a slush ball that rode the mixing paddle (without mixing) and an unfrozen sugar syrup filling the gap, so it was time to dump out into a shallow Pyrex dish to finish freezing. From there I just scraped servings from the top. Very nice on a sunny day. Oh, and I whirred some canned peaches in light syrup, straight out of the can, in the blender to break them down, then into the ice cream machine: Peach and Champagne floats on Easter. I love this machine.

   Great machine! The bowl stays in the freezer. It’s super easy to use and clean. If your ingredients are chilled before use, it makes a hard enough to scoop ice cream in less than 20 minutes. If your ingredients are a little warm (like if you’re tempering eggs and are inpatient and just dump your mixture in without putting it in the fridge to cool first), it will make a thicker soft serve ice cream. The bowl is so cold and it doesn’t take long at all to make, that I’ve been able to make 2 batches of hard set plus a batch of mostly hard set ice cream one right after another before putting the bowl back in the freezer. I thought if it was too much of a pain to use, I’d just give in and buy one with a built in compressor, but this one works well and I found there’s no need. I’d buy it again.

   自分の家は小さいアパートなので親が居ない時はキッチンで作って自分の部屋に避難すれば良いけど
   親がリビングにいると自分の部屋にメーカーを移動させて作りました。
   耳の側でブラインドタッチのキーボードをずーっと叩いてる感じですかね。
   その時スピーカーでゾンビドラマ見てたんですけどゾンビの声も聞こえなかったです笑

   それくらいキリキリ音が甲高い音です。
   キッチンで作りながら、別の部屋に移動してテレビ見たりした方が良いかもしれません。

    For the price, this is a great ice cream maker. I have never made ice cream before or owned an ice cream machine, and it was super easy to use. I love that you can use dairy-free milk and cut the calories in half by making your own “healthy” ice cream. I like to use almond milk (white or chocolate), a little sugar-free pudding mix, and a few teaspoons of stevia, and then at the end, I add some crushed-up Oreos or chocolate chips. Pros: -User friendly -Creamy -Great price -Not super loud -Don’t have to wait 24 hours to let the ice cream contents freeze, like you do with the Creami -Easy to store on counter top during the summer Cons -The bowl is rather large for our apartment-sized freezer -No timer or setting that will automatically turn it off once it is finished or after an allotted time. You must set your own timer for 15-20 minutes.

    Soooooo CUTE! This makes way too much icecream for just myself and my daughter but we are newbies to the artisanal icecream world. We assembled the freezing cold inner tube thing with the lid and the churned, Pulled a can of coconut milk from the fridge and shook it up, added a splash of vanilla, a pinch of salt and some maple syrip, and 10 minutes later we had delicious homemade icecream. Honestly this is a dream – I’m looking forward to trying new recipes and having a healthier special treat while making memories with my LO.

    In terms of cleaning since there are only 4 parts to the whole unit it’s quite simple. I was able to rinse and wash the paddle immediately and let the inner tube soak, but in hindsight I could have boiled water to just get it over with lol. Anyway it’s a nice treat and I will consider getting an official “spare icecream” tub rather than our empty Yogurt container 😅.
