   Best model for induction stove tops! I’m sure it would work great with electric and gas burners as well,but few other models have the needed ferromagnetic qualities to work with an induction stove. the cast iron ones will, but also pose the risk of scratching your glass. This one’s smooth on the bottom, with a nice non-slip coat on the top. Great for pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc w/ even heat. OK for oven baking as well under 500 degrees F. I’d highly recommend!

   Works well on my Frigidaire 30″W induction stove with a bridge function between the 2 left hand inductor elements. Each end and the middle of the pan heat up nicely. The temp falls off about 50deg. close to the perimeter edges. Not an issue. 2 zone induction compatible griddles are hard to find and can be very expensive. This unit is sturdy, of good quality and affordable. Nice looking unit too.

   This is an excellent griddle for an induction range. Heats evenly, no warping, light to handle, non stick surface works like a dream. Cleans up in a flash. Been using it now for several months with no issues and I expect many years of use from it. I had originally bought a different one which I thought was induction suitable but it turned out not to be. This one is a better quality and I couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommend.

   This griddle seems to be working very well with our stove. I looked at several other models, and this seem to fit my needs the best. Cast-iron griddles are a little scary to use on a glass top stove. Mini models were 16 1/2 inches in length, which is almost exactly the span of the burners. With that link, very easy to have burner exposed. This model is longer and covers everything very well. No nonstick surface seems to be very good.

   This griddle is a mixed bag. That said, it is the best one I have found for my fabulous Electrolux induction range. The non-stick on this griddle works perfectly and it is super easy to clean. The handles stay cool, which is a real plus. I have learned that I have to preheat it on a medium stove setting while moving the griddle around a bit on the induction stovetop, otherwise the heat distribution is really uneven. Also the bottom warped just a tiny bit so it makes a slight vibrating sound on the induction stovetop. That’s ok. So with these learned tricks it works well. I wish I could find a large enameled cast iron griddle without raised ridges. Until someone makes that, this griddle will do just fine.

   This griddle is great quality, the non stick is superb and its very well made/heavy. It doesnt quite hold the heat as well as a cast iron pan, but heats up quickly. It also quite sturdy as I found out when I left it on the roof of my car and drove off up the road. Couple of dents but still useable!

    This was meant for the induction cooktop. I have tested the heat spreading, and it isn’t bad. If you wanted better, then it has to be very heavy. Good for browning the hamburger, and that’s all we can afford this year. Goes nicely in the dishwasher, and has a fantastic no-stick surface. Just lays flat in the pot drawer. The cooktop links two elements and you can use the temperature control. Such luxury!

    I bought 2 of these and they are perfect for use on my induction hob. It’s SO much faster for things like pancakes, tortillas / quesadillas, and toasting burger rolls. It easily cuts at least 20 minutes cook time and everything is ready at the same time instead of the first ones sitting getting soggy in an oven while the others cook.

    Arrival from the States was quick. Very highly recommended.

    As described, in excellent condition. I have a gas stive. Only problem is the handles…gets too hot on the one end and hinders the balance on the burners. Otherwise, cooks well with no sticking, easy cleaning & storing.
