   I purchase this pans as new but when I open the box it was repacked on brown box and the big pan was used and stain they were all wrap up on white tissue paper for gift as you can see inside the brown box very disappointed. Specially because of the price that I paid for this 3 coking pans !!

   I love the pans. They cook very evenly. Don’t warp (Because I’ve heated and cooled them correctly). I never ever use metal utensils on them.
   HOWEVER…
   I gave it five but it should be 4 1/2 because every time I’ve used them I spend 10-15 minutes polishing the bottom again to get the shine back.
   They’re stainless. I’ve heated them slowly and added oil and allowed them to cool. Regardless they will still have rainbow discoloration in the bottom if you cook medium to high heat.

    I just got these and used the large one so far. Really impressed so far. Nice quality. Cleaned up easily. Love having lids that fit. I threw out all my old pans with non stick coating. I really enjoyed using the pan. Not a thin cheap pan. Has good weight and seems really sturdy. The extra handle on the big one is nice for moving it around. Makes it extra stable to move with 2 hands especially if you have arthritis. The price was definitely great for the quality of the pans.
