   I ordered two parts from this seller. One of them was exactly what I was looking for whilst the other was wrong. Instead of receiving the replacement crumb tray, I received a smaller baking pan for a different version of my air fryer. Very disappointed.

   Not an exact fit. Acceptable when foil wrapped. Worst customer service system yet. Unresponsive and only able to issue stock replies. Slow and they don’t read your requests. Standard canned responses.
