Wood handles is a bit small for my hand so I need to watch carefully OR use a hot pad but it does what it’s supposed to and works well

Perfect for my griddle

Si hubiese funcionado en esos sartenes cuadrados para asar carne, resultaría perfecto, pero queda ligeramente grande: aun así, el resultado es bastante satisfactorio. Para la parrilla, 5 estrellas!

Got this as a gift for my parents and they really like it. It is plenty big but it does take up a lot of storage space.

I like it. It is especially handy my outdoor grill when cooking up a bunch of bacon.

Nice and heavy and sturdy. Seems to be made very well too, just like the smaller round one I’ve been using. And if I’m not mistaken, still made in the USA. Perfect size, no complaints at all although I wish it was flat instead of the ridges but that’s just my preference.

Cuisinart did this right; size, weight and construction are all top-shelf.
The best feature is the handle (weight is great too). The handle stays are part of the casting (handle is wood of course) and not, one of those “screw-on” versions seen on many other griddle weights.
This handle construction is the same as what you find in equipment used by restaurants and other cooking professionals. I know this for certain as I grew up in a Chicago tavern and cooked professionally for many years. The direct casting of the handle stays to the base is important for hygiene and durability. If you have to screw the handle to the base there is a void in that connection that collects grease and grime. Hard to clean and not sanitary. Not an issue here.
I’ve used mine for everything. Grilled cheese, fish, smash-burgers, etc. Works great and cleans up with little effort. I maintain mine the same way as my cast iron pans.
