purchased our fist Cuisinart two years ago which did not last a year. I wrote to Cuisinart but never received a reply. I thought it may have just been a defect in the product, it worked less than one year. I gave Cuisinart another try in the photo above. This one was purchased in March of 2024 not working by June 20, 2024. STAY AWAY FROM CUISINART, THEIR PRODUCT IS TRASH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE. Still waiting for a response!!!!!

Love this set so much! Have always struggled with how to chop leafy things like herbs or leafy greens but this Mezzaluna Knife Set with Cutting Board makes it so easy! In just a minute or two can finely chop herbs, or handfuls of spinach, I've even used it to chop cooked bacon! The handle is comfortable and safe, the bowl size and shape is perfect for effortlessly rocking the cutter back and forth and couldn't be easier to clean. For anyone who does any amount of from-scratch cooking, this is a must-have! Kitchen work is so much easier when you have the right tools!

I have had stainless steel pans for years with no issues. Bought this sauce pan and used it for the first time today to make salt potatoes. Brought the water to a boil at medium high heat, added the salt, lowered the heat to medium (enough to keep a rolling boil) and added the potatoes. Since a picture is worth a thousand words... And yes, I know that you can't add the salt to the pot before the water is at a full rolling boil and that you need to add the salt slowly. I have a 25 year old Farberware stainless steel pot that I use all the time to make salt potatoes, pasta (water has to be salted), boiled crabs (also salted water), and it looks like new.

I waited to do a review until I had used it for a couple of months. This is the best fire pit I have owned in over 35 years. Once you use it you will understand why this design works so well. It is easy to light and gets to full capacity within minutes as you can see in the video. We enjoy over four hours with just four split logs. This product worked as advertised. The only smoke that occurs is a small amount when the fire first starts burring. And the wood burns down to just a few small crumbles as shown. And the grandkids love roasting marshmallows when it burns down to hot embers. I knew Cuisinart makes great kitchen appliances but who knew they also make amazing fire pits!

I have owned many different double boilers over the years and I have never had one like this. The pan is sturdy and well made but the upper pan has a rounded bottom such that you can not take the upper pan off the lower and place it on a flat surface. This also means you can't use the upper pan by itself. I am very disappointed as I thought I had done my research and know Cuisinart is a generally a good product. It is also more expensive than some of the other models I researched. I regret not returning it.

I realize I got deal of year (Dec 22) for only $75 total for it. They are $150 or more now. The cast iron is heavy pot and lid. I find this fantastic made and Ceramic coating. I mention it’s heavy for those that may not be able to lift it easy. Not to say negative. It’s a beautiful color red! First time I made pot roast I was afraid I’d never get it clean. It practically wipes off with a few swishes under the water and brand new again. Now I cook way more in it than I thought. Even made a beer bread in it so you can bake anything in it. If you always wanted one of these cast iron pots (like me) you will be please you paid for the top brand.

This is my fourth small chopper— this is by far the best. Can’t go wrong with Cuisinart.

This is a very good product, nice quality. But please follow the cleaning instructions of DO NOT PUT IN DISH WASHER. I did with a previous product and the dish washer soap destroyed the anodized outside finish of the kettle - see picture, old kettle on left, new kettle on right. Although the outside of the old kettle was effected, the interior is unharmed and is still usable.

I like this quality processor very much. I bought it to chop chicken breasts for home made dog food. Pieces should be no bigger than 1.5" big in order to process successfully with no chunks. It is definitely time saving for me. So far, so good. I recommend this as a good value for the money.

  • Was sent a USED AND DIRTY set Edit: was sent a new one immediately, it came on good condition and worked well; update to 3/5 for this.

Amazing kit that has everything you need to grill. Quality was great! The only think we bought in addition was a “bristle free” brush. Loved it!

While these do an excellent job cutting, I find them incredibly uncomfortable to hold. I have really thin fingers (I seriously wear a size 4 ring and am 32 years old), yet I still find the red ones too small to comfortably hold onto. The black ones are larger, so they're a bit better, but still not really comfortable.. Like I mentioned, they cut well but I would avoid if you plan on using them for long periods of time because your fingers will get sore.

Cuisinart is not a brand to trust. When you buy this set of triple rivets knives you probably think that the metal core continues from the blade through the plastic handle and the 3 rivets are used to hold it all together. NO YOU ARE WRONG. The blade is only attached to the first rivet and breaks easily. The other rivets is just a decoration. When you cut something more or less hard the blade breaks out of the handle. Very cheap an deceptive design. My wife liked the cuisinart brand and was very disappointment when a relatively new set started breaking. So I went as far as cut the handle of an already broken knife to show how cuisinart is "cutting corners" with their knives. See the pictures: 1 - a good knife, 2 - the broken blade after cutting some aged cheese. 3. I sawed the handle to show that the blade inside does not extends to the second rivet. 4. The handle is just plastic inside. Also the knives get dull very fast and you can see that the blade metal extension is all rusted.

I bought one of these and it warped and discolored (the one on the right). I bought a second one thinking I did something wrong. I was careful not to scrub it even with a Brillo but the surface is already messed up just after a couple of weeks. Maybe used 6 times

Worked great out of the box for a good 6 months until it started to really stick. Even well coated in oil or butter eggs will bind to the surface and require scraping to remove. I don't expect non-stick pans to last forever but I'd at least like more than a year. [UPDATE] I had 2 of these pans, one I got from cuisinartoutlets.com and one from W&S. I took the one I got from the local retailer back to the store to see if I could get store credit as I viewed it as defective. He sold me a bottle of Liquid Bar Keeper's Friend which is very similar to Soft Scrub and told me to clean the interior of the pan. He explained that these types of surfaces will often get buildup of food material that you can't see or feel and that don't come off with normal scrubbing. After a good scrubbing with the Liquid Bar Keeper's Friend I tried out the pan with an omlette. Thankfully the eggs slid right out and the pan seemed to work just as new. Lesson learned, if the food starts sticking clean it with a mild liquid abrasive cleaner.
