I bought new and gave to my son for valentines day. He said when opened cuisinartoutlets.com box the box looked opened and there was a used k cup in it. Not good. But he lives a ways away to get it back to me to return. So i would not buy from here. I should have said used because I only buy new and should be refunded for at least half since used and I cant get it back in tome to return. EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED especially when a gift. Embarrassing

I really enjoy this product! I’ve steamed all sorts of vegetables to perfection because I like my vegetables cooked, but still with a bit of a crunch. The nice thing is you can set a estimated time to cook by food type and not have to worry about watching a clock while the food is being steamed. When the steamer beeps, you can stick the vegetables with a fork and if they aren’t done to your liking, you can switch it to manual mode and steam another minute or so. As with any type of steamer, you want each piece of your food to be as close to possible in size. (e.g. don’t steam a whole chicken or duck, chop it up into equal pieces). The steamer takes about a minute to come up to full steam, so add a minute onto the time you want the vegetables to steam. I steamed this package of thin asparagus for six and a half minutes with the steamer set to seven and a half. Delicious and crispy! I even steamed sliced onions and enjoyed them with butter and salt and pepper. I am not a fan of chicken breasts because they always seem to be dry. I steamed several to 148 degrees (latent heat will cook them until around 160 degrees)

If a toaster can be elegant, this one is. It's sleek and simple and doesn't crowd the counter. I especially like the way the controls look when they're lit up. While the visuals are very simple, the toaster still has all the functions you need: Defrost, bagel, seven settings, and a bar that lets you lift the bread to check whether it's ready. The lift is high enough to let you remove the bread if you want to stop the process, but if you want to continue toasting, just push the bar back down. This product also works well for both toast and bagels. I don't understand reviews that complain that the bread isn't toasted evenly enough, or that both sides don't match. It's just a piece of toast, not a gourmet side dish. This appliance gets most of the slice toasted on both sides. It toasts according the the setting you choose and the final product is crunchy. That's all I need. Finally, I really like Cuisinart products. I've used them before. They usually include a three-year warranty and have done so here. However, their products last forever. I had a Cuisinart food processor that lasted 10 years. I highly recommend this toaster.

I am so glad I went with the 10 pc it has all I need and the sizes are perfect for us. It is well made, sturdy, and beautiful. I researched for a month because I was so nervous moving to stainless. It arrived well packaged. I hand washed and dried immediately per instructions (attached an image) and they look great. I did good meat which left some residue so I tried the Barkeepers Friend soft cleaner and that did the trick. Note it is on the heavy side, I cooked something that I had to drain and chose the larger saute pan and it was hard to manage...so my fault I should have used a fry pan...but keep weight in mind.

Advertises that it is good for stoves, but does not say cannot be used near burners so I got it, made the repair which looked great brilliant I used the stove a week later and the result was BAD. The paint is not heat resistant, now I have to figure out how to clean the burnt mess off the enamel.

For the price, this is not a bad wok. I took a star off because there is a nick in the handle. It is a 3 ply stainless steel wok. You can see the layers of the steel at the lip. I had a Caphalon, similar to this and the layers separated slightly at the lip but still works. It works on gas, induction and ceramic. The long handle is narrow but the opposite D handle helps with the lifting. Overall it is a medium range wok.

Wow, I certainly am impressed with the quality of this product. The description on cuisinartoutlets.com is a "wok" but I purchased it because I wanted to grill veggies and my old system was lacking. Used this last night on my Weber with charcoal. This did not disappoint. I set it on the grill, let it get hot for 5 minutes, sprays with non-stick and dumped in the veggies. I stirred the mixture of peppers, zucchini, sweet onions and mushrooms every so often and then after 20 minutes, PERFECTION! I'm going to buy a couple more to give to my grilling friends as presents.

I got my mixer 2 months ago. I’ve used it about 10 times so far for frosting, batter, and bread dough so far and really like it. I’ve made swiss merengue successfully and 4 dozen cupcakes at once. I also got the used-like new to save money, so all in all, a really good purchase for less than $200 compared to the ridiculously expensive kitchenaid. Now I haven’t written an cuisinartoutlets.com review in YEARS but I was REALLY impressed with customer service. The handle from the mixing bowl broke. I called cuisinart and the entire duration of the phone call was 7 mins. I didn’t have to wait on hold forever and in that time they got my info and sent me the tracking for my new bowl. I could be mad about the fact that the bowl broke at all after little use, but hey, now I’ll have 2 bowls (though one broken) to make my life easier when making cake batter and frosting back to back.

UPDATE: Cuisinart had great customer service and made it right for us. What was once an inconvenienced unhappy customer is now a satisfied customer. Manufacturing team built the stand backwards. Because of this the grill will not fold all the way down. Double checked to make sure the problem wasn’t on our end. Also the bracket holes that are on the bottom of the grill do not line up, prohibiting the connector pins to go through the bracket. Horrible experience and inconvenient. Will update once I hear back from the company.

I purchased this because it had a good rating and a good brand name, but the non-stick coating lasted only 1 or 2 uses. It's now totally rusted. Also, it's really thin and twists while on the grill.

Overall, this does what it is intended to do. I love that it collapses for storage purposes. However, the handle does not stay on and continually pops off. So when I want to pop open the container, the detachable handle comes off. I pretty much have to pop it up without the handle. I tried using super glue to keep it in place. That was unsuccessful.
