I was torn between this and the kitchenaid and also I wasn't sure I needed the 12cup. I ultimately chose this one because it came with the 4 cup bowl that fits inside the 12 cup bowl. I currently have a mini cuisinart so I figured I could upgrade and replace that one at the same time. Some said they never use the smaller bowl but I already have. I made coconut butter which only called for one package of shredded coconut and the larger bowl would have been too big for that job. Also, I made pesto in the larger bowl and next time I think I'll do it the smaller bowl (see picture). I'm still experimenting with the bowls for the most part. I baked sweet potatoes to make a purée and used the smaller bowl (see picture). I should have used the larger bowl because I had about 4 cups of diced potatoes and I think it was a bit much for the little bowl. I made blueberry and banana ice cream in the larger bowl using frozen blueberries and frozen bananas and it was perfect. I am anxious to try the slicing/shredding attachments because that is one of my main reasons for upgrading my machine in the first place. I will be shredding cheese and slicing vegetables but haven't had a need to do that yet. I'll be updating my review once I've tried those out. So far I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. I thought I'd need more than three buttons but I don't. Having only on, off, and pulse makes it pretty simple and I don't feel like I'm missing anything. Also, this machine fit perfectly on my countertop under my cabinets (18" from countertop to light). We have under cabinet mounted lights and it's no where near touching them (see picture). I expected after reading other reviews that it might be a tight fit so I was pleasantly surprised when it slid right under my cabinets. I haven't yet decided if I'm going to leave it on the counter or store it away. I don't find it too heavy to store away and take out when needed but it's sturdy enough that it doesn't vibrate across the counter when in use. Like I said I made coconut butter which processed for 15 minutes and I just turned it on and walked away while it did it's job. I think some of the reviews listed are for a different model so I want to be sure to include that my review is for the 12 cup Elite. It did not come with a case for attachments. That is sold separately and I will be purchasing that so I can keep everything together as this does come with several attachments.

As with other Cuisinart products, it is built with sturdy material and beautiful design. However, there is a major flaw in which the actual space inside is VERY small. The size of the oven itself is the largest of all the previous toaster ovens/air fryers I've own, but imagine my surprise that I cannot fit most of the other foods that I've used with smaller sized machine. Not sure why this design choice as this is built more like a miniature version of a conventional pizza oven where you can only fit flat foods (pizzas, bread slices, hot pockets), but anything slightly larger will not fit. My friend actually bought the one model higher where it is slightly bigger and that too didn't have the space you'd expect from looking at the size of the whole thing. Other than that, the oven works well as intended.

Got it just today and was really excited to use. But just after single use, pan looks like this (see photo) and I have rubbed hardly, but still with some stain or something and when you touch, it's so smooth. Is it normal for stainless steel? It's my first time using this kind of stuff. Confused and disappointed.

Continuous feed spewed food all over the counter. It took more cleanup time than if I used a mandoline. By the way, I had the feed on “LOW” setting to minimize the mess. I attached manufacturers’s picture for comparison. Cuisinart should have a container configured to the feed chute.

Sticker came right off. Don’t be so dramatic people. Great solid non stick pan that fits right in with my chef classic stainless set. Will last a long time

I have all the big deal mixers… I bought this little buddy to blend sauces, soups etc. What I didn’t realize is what a powerful force this was for making icy drinks. GOD BLESS AMERICA IS THIS AMAZING!! I throw this puppy into my bag when I go boating, beach, friends’ parties, camping, river, etc. It’s an amazing portable blender. The charge lasts for days! Using crushed ice from the ice maker or any bagged ice, it created the easiest amazing slushee. I chunk it in a metal yeti cup, and mix away. So compact, cordless, and easy to clean. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!*** UPDATE: After almost 2 years, my bestie mixer died on me and wouldn’t recharge. I called Cusinart and they are replacing it!!!!!!!!! AWESOME SERVICE and FANTASTIC LITTLE BLENDER

I'm in the process of replacing my pans with plastic and I have a wonderful old set of Reverware that they don't make anymore. But the handles are all plastic and while they will last a million years, I don't want any plastic in my kitchen. So I bought a set of stainless steel pans, but needed to supplement the smaller sizes, which I use more of. I bought one of the 1-quart and 1 of the 2-quart pans. This Cuisinart 2-quart pot is built to last. It's heavy, and will endure all my cooking nightmares. It's dishwasher safe, which is a must for me. It's 4 cups and has a very light measuring gauge inside which I can barely see, and am sure will rub off in time. The lid is not glass, but metal and is very sturdy as well. Completely happy with this purchase.

Broke the coffee pot ordered this as a replacement. Fits & Works just as good!

Item arrived just like this. Let's hope grinder isn't damaged!

In reviewing the new Cuisinart blender (new to me, by the time you read this review, it may have been available for a while) I tested it by making smoothies, using frozen fruit, ice and other blend ingredients for healthful benefits and for flavor. Short review, it worked very well, does what it says it will and looks great in my kitchen. I’m happy to say the blender performed like a champ, blending everything smoothly and making the smoothies my family drinks every day. It chopped its way through ice and frozen fruit like it wasn’t even there. There’s plenty of power (1 horsepower…can you image how peeved the horse would be making smoothies?) and the blender has preprogrammed buttons for ice and smoothie, pulse and high/low mode (see the pictures). In short, it does everything you would expect out of a blender, is attractive on the counter (no more need to hide my old ugly blender when not in use) and it is reasonably sized and weighted. The jar is 56 ounces according to the documentation, though the way the lid closes, its probably a little less than that. To that point, I can’t imagine making a smoothie in 56 ounce batches. The jar is easy to clean and dry, which is more than I can say for my previous blender. Cleaning that was a bear, I used to just stick it in the dishwasher and hope for the best. Not this one, it cleaned and dried in under 30 seconds. Other uses I anticipate with this blender: mixed cocktails! Blended ice creams and milk shakes! Soups! Sautés for sous vide cooking! Not likely to make whipped cream (referred to in the documentation) but I guess I could! It does not, however, do more than it says. It is not a food processor, nor does it pretend to be. I believe some of the other reviewers may have been a bit confused on this point. I understand that some of the product documentation referred to the ability to chop but there’s no bowl and with the jar, I believe it would make a mash if you tried to chop a salad. But it is a blender and a good one and I’m very glad I have it! If you’re not sure, email me and I’ll invite you over for a veggie smoothie… Summary: If you are looking for a blender, this is very good. Solid, workable and dependable, I anticipate many years of great smoothies and other blends from it. It is not (as I have received it) a food processor; that is a different animal than what I am evaluating. But I’m happy with this as a blender and its earned its permanent place on my counter with the half dozen or so smoothies I’ve already made.

I was about to come and leave a less than five star review, but I checked with ChatGPT to make sure I was either right or wrong. I had no idea that these microwave covers are supposed to sit on the plate not on the turntable. This one sits on the plate. I didn’t think that was correct but apparently I am wrong. It is supposed to sit on the plate it has warmed my food so far perfectly and when I lift it, I can see the steam coming out. It is easy to use and I liked that it is compact.

I originally bought the 12-cup thermal carafe for the Cuisinart CHW-12 coffee maker / hot water combo. The 12-cup was slightly bigger and does not stay flush with the heating plate and there was something wrong with the lid not pouring coffee properly. This 10-cup carafe just fits perfectly. Though upon email contact with Cuisinart Customer Support I was advised directly by not to use it with my coffee maker as the heating plate could actually damage the thermal carafe and only use glass carafes that came originally with my coffee maker as a replacement. However the original glass carafe broke only after 3 months so I opted for this one to prevent further accidental breakage. What I did was use the Auto Off feature making the coffee maker turn off after 5 minutes immediately after the brewing process is done. That way the thermal carafe does not keep heating up while on the plate.

There is nothing bad to say about this little grill. It worked perfect for our ski trip. Usually we just eat in the lodge or have cold sandwiches for lunch but earlier this year when we went to eat in the lodge it was way to packed took forever to get through the line and never anywhere to sit and eat (to many people) and im pretty burnt out on cold sandwiches so i decided to find a little easy portable grill and after doing some research and shopping around this one just seemed to be the best deal for what i was looking for and definitely worth it. It made the trip just that much better to go skiing and have a bbq cookout heck yes. The grill worked great the heat was perfectly distributed on the grate got plenty hot for steaks hotdogs and tators very happy with this purchase

It turns out the pots I recieved (four of them?) were all missing the stainless steel "caps" on the inside over the rivets which are aluminum. The rivets are not capped on the outside. If you get one of these me sure to check whether the caps are there. ................. I have used a Cuisinart MultiClad Pro set for more than 15 years and loved it--still use it every day! It has been through any manner of recipes and countless cycles of the dishwasher and looks as good as the day I bought it. Boy has the quality of their products gone downhill since then! After only one use of this pot, the rivets turned BLACK! I thought maybe it was a coating or something and used a scotchbrite pad and that gouged the rivets! They couldn't possible be stainless steel! I contacted cuisinart and they sent a new pot--same problem! Now here's the thing, the rivets on the lid that came with it are fine...no discoloration, they are shiny and hard just like my 15 year-old set. Its clearly a manufacturing problem with the rivets on the pot. Very sad. UPDATE: The pot comes with a "lifetime warranty", and I've had it replace four times--a total of five pots--and every single one of them had the same problem to a varying degree. Oddly, every time I contacted customer service, they would ask, "did you put salt in before you boil water"???? What? First, I didn't buy this pot to boil water, I cook in it. Second, if they are suggested the pot has a problem boiling water...Anyway, I sprung for a similar All Clad....Williams Sonoma was having a sale and I had an old gift card from a friend. I'm sure it will be worth every penny over the years.

Very nice, until first use. Then pits and rust spots show up on the inside that can't be removed with steel wool soap pad. This is the second one going back. If the third one develops same issue, I'll try another brand. Purchased based on brand name. Apparently there is a quality issue with this product.
