My review is based off of ONE use and I cooked a 21 lb turkey. The pros: the handles are nicely positioned. They do not stick out very much so I was not worried it would not fit in my oven. They also made it easier to lift the turkey. I find that pans with handles that stick out are not as stable nor sturdy. The biggest con though is the ease of cleaning. I did not need to soak this pan at all. A simple wash with dish soap and a sponge did the trick. Love that. The cons: given the Cuisinart name and reputation, I expected better quality. To start, the bottom scratched easily. Not just light scratches, but deep scratches that went through the finish. Now, it is the bottom so is it a big deal? Normally no. But at the price I paid? I expected it to make it through at least one use without too much damage. The second issue is again, scratches. However, these scratches are on the inside, caused by the rack. Deep, through the finish scratches just as bad as the bottom. There were also small scratches in the corners where the rack sat. These inside are a bigger deal to me because once the inside is scratched, it is the beginning of the end for a pan. I can see this being a good pan if you don't use the rack, but that kind of defeats the purpose for me. I really wanted to like this pan, but it will probably go back.

I bought this Oct 2023, and started having issues February 2025. Until that point it was pretty decent. This was my first coffee machine as I went from powdered instant coffee to grinding my own beans. The reservoir is enough for about four 10 oz cups of coffee, which is decent for what I drink in a day. The machine "forces" you to descale it periodically (about every 6 months for me) which can be annoying but is probably a good practice regardless. The space under the brew head is too short to place a 20 oz Yeti-style travel mug, and the drip tray is a little more narrow than I'd like. I have a wider ~30 oz mug, for those really rough days, that does fit, but precariously. The grind size or duration is not adjustable, which is a bit of an annoyance because the metal filter basket the reusable pod comes with leaves a fine silt of grounds in the bottom of the mug. I added paper filters to prevent this, but it slightly diminishes the space for grounds in the filter basket. This means the automatic grind shutoff, which is calibrated for the metal filter basket, overflows the filter. The grinder can be shut off manually though so that is how I deal with it. My main issue with the machine is the cleanliness. After about 15 months of ownership, when using either disposable k cups or the reusable cup, water has started overflowing the top of said cup, where the needle pierces the lid, flooding the brew head area with water and coffee grounds. This wouldn't be awful in itself, but it leads to unfixable issues. The lid of the brew head is not removable, which means all the coffee grounds that float back in the chamber are very difficult to clean out (pictured). I tried rinsing them out by pouring water in the area and letting the water and grounds float to the drains located around the pod holder, only to realize the water was disappearing elsewhere. The water, and presumably coffee grounds, were leaking INTO the sealed part of the machine. There's now water and grounds inside an inaccessible part of the sealed machine, which will definitely lead to nastiness down the road. Cleaning the bean hopper is also very difficult since it is fixed in place, and inside of the hopper is a large gear head that transfers power to the removable grinding head. Attached is a picture that shows I can barely get my fingers half way down the hopper in the most open part, let alone where all the rigid supports are that make plenty of nooks and crannies. Unfortunately if I can't fix the overflow issue, I'll eventually have to replace this $100+ machine after only about a year and a half. Even if I can solve it, due to the inability to clean parts of it, it may be replaced before two years is up. Thankfully the stuck coffee grounds won't have an awful smell, at least for now.

We don't use our ice maker, only use Berkey filter water in trays. We have the same number of these trays and Rubbermaid Easy Release trays stacked up in our freezer. These Kitch trays somehow make clearer ice cubes than my Rubbermaid Easy Release trays. It's so weird, but the cubes from these trays are stunningly clear and beautiful. These Kitch trays often release ice cubes that have cracked pieces, so they're rarely perfectly shaped and there are often ice chips left in the tray. But the size and shape are good, and having nearly clear cubes makes it feel cleaner somehow. If my Rubbermaid trays ever give out, I would happily replace them with more of these trays.

I bought this set 1 year ago and still looks like new. Excellent product. I highly recommend it.

Good and necessary item, but unlike the product description, this is made in China, not the US.

This replaces a very old toaster oven with plastic feet that eventually cracked and broke off. Although the footprint is similar this interior is bigger so I get in a 8"X11" baking dish which would never fit in the old one. My only complaint is that it has no auto shutoff in the bake function, which was useful in the old one…the only auto shutoff is for the toaster function.

Beautiful set, color is just like the listing, both the inside and outside have a semi-subtle sparkle, they super fast and very evenly, the detachable handles are both sturdy and convenient, the stack beautifully so that they all fit in two space saving stacks, the liners that come with it help prevent any scratches and there are a few extras so I’m able to put some below each stack in my cabinet as well. The only thing I’ve noticed so far is that I have an old gas stove top and it has the metal open grates on each eye and it seems to be causing some minor scratching and discoloration on the bottoms - but it’s very minor. They clean SO easy! One of the first meals we made we accidentally left the eye on with spaghetti sauce in it for a couple of hours and it was burnt all in the pan. The second picture is literally after just using the sprayer on my sink faucet, no scrubbing or anything!!! They come clean perfectly no matter what I’ve thrown at them. Of course I’m using only silicone utensils in them and non scratch cleaning stuff. Hopefully they last a really long time.

I first bought the Cuisinart oven with the white front in April 2017. It is a little workhorse that has performed flawlessly for the past 4.5 years and continues delivering. So why did I order another one today? (1) inflation seems to be out of control due to government policies, so I am buying ahead for the time when this oven that has performed so well inevitably reaches the end of its useful life. (2) Although I was disappointed at first that only the front is white, I got used to the look and actually came to like it very much. (3) The convection fan is EFFECTIVE + VERY QUIET!. (4) Consumer Reports, the NYTimes and others have said that toaster ovens with convection perform as well or better than dedicated air fryers. Just use a dark pan + a wire rack to allow the air to circulate beneath the food and you are good to go. Using a 12” round pizza pan and an 11” round stainless steel rack, I made a large batch of French fries that my adult son said were as good as any he had ever eaten in restaurants. (5) Having spent 2 days reading reviews for toaster ovens, I found that, sadly, Breville has in recent years become unreliable. Kitchen aid has a couple of models that I considered but the fan in their best rated model is said to be extremely noisy and the other doesn’t have convection. (6) I read the reviews posted for this Cuisinart convection toaster oven and found none that raised significant safety, reliability, or performance concerns. In response to the negative reviews that have been posted it is FALSE that this oven doesn’t accommodate a 12” round pizza pan. One of our dark 12” pizza pans is in fact sitting a bit askew on top of the oven in the photo I have posted. It is also FALSE that the white is not white. My Corian counters and bright white Daltile subway tile were chosen to work with the white of our refrigerator and range. Yes, the white of the Cuisinart oven is a bit brighter and warmer just as the white of the microwave is cooler, but to my eye all the whites in our kitchen work well enough together. Another reviewer complained about her oven turning brown. Mine too gets brown from cooking, particularly on the top of the door. I clean it, and it is white again. One reviewer said the lettering was gone in a matter of months. After 4.5 years of daily use my oven is still LIKE NEW in every respect, including the lettering.

No more zapping food for it to come out dry! The thing is easy to clean, easy to use, and I’ve even thrown it in the dishwasher just to see what would happen..nothing but brand new looking again. Would/Will recommend this to all my friends

This thing is top tier and has changed the pizza game in my household. I've been making my own sourdough pizza for a couple months now and while it's been good, my standard electric oven tops out at 550f and was not able to push it over the edge to give it that pop it needed to truly wow you. This oven has changed that in an instant. I got it last night and pulled some dough out I'd prepped a couple days before. You can see from the pictures that it went very, very well. One thing I'll make note of, it smokes, a lot. I set it up outdoors because I assumed at 700f that'd be the case, so I didn't have any issues. For anyone in a small apartment or something with low ventilation, you may want to do the same and just be sure to bring it inside after it cools. Otherwise it's perfect, but it. Buy it now! (This is not a paid promotion, but still buy it!)

I'll add my own experiences, but encourage you also to read the reviews left by Sayrah (jan 21, 2023) & Taylor Lee (Nov. 12 2022). They are both 100% correct In no particular order: The grinding blade arrived very loose. This apparently is "normal", but supposed to snug up when installing the cup into the grinding base. Mine still has a good deal of lateral and vertical play even when installed. This has caused any liquids or oils to leak out into the grinding base. The provided recipes do not seem to be appropriate for the spice mill. I tried making Tahini (a precursor to the Hummus recipe), and there is so much 'dead space' beneath the blades that about half of my ingredients were left whole. I had to dig things our and move them around with a chopstick to try and get them incorporated. very inconvenient. The hummus recipe also cannot be right. The grinder has a stated max capacity of 1/4 cup, yet the recipe states add 19oz of chick peas, 2 Tbs of lemon juice, 3 Tbs of Tahini, 1/3 - 1/2 cup of olive oil, plus the spices. It cannot fit. It also said to add the oil through 'the feed tube', which is not a part of this device. this recipe must have been copied from a food processor. It's the only way this makes sense. I gave it a shot to see what would happen and, unsurprisingly, the grinder wasn't able to mix the full quantity. The motor overheated before it was finished. This might sound like operator error, but it is what the recipe said to do. Other things that need improvement: - In the first day of use, the plastic grinding lid has become pitted from whatever hard spices I've ground. How much plastic is making it into my spice mixes? - The plastic lid has 90 degree angles where it fits over the cup. Fine powder gets stuck here and is very difficult to remove - The inside base of the stainless steel grinding is not stainless steel. It has a central cutout where the blade pokes through and that is made of plastic. More places to wear down, shed plastic, and provide crevices for spices to embed. Very disappointed in this grinder. Definitely heed the other 1- and 2-star reviews.

If you want to make turkey gravy on the stovetop after the bird comes out of the oven, this is the model (MCP117-16BRP1) you want because this is the only Cuisinart roasting pan with a totally FLAT BOTTOM, without a weird ridged indented moat around the edge and a raised center area. (Unbox and check the pan which you receive it, by the way to be sure that you have indeed been sent the model with the flat bottom; I was accidentally sent the wrong model, a model with a moat or ridged edge, the first time I ordered.) This is a sturdy and heavy duty pan. I'm happy! This is replacing my disappointing biggest size All-Clad roaster, the one with the flared edge and the indented moat edge and raised center panel, which I hated; that uneven All-Clad bottom is no good for stirring and making stovetop gravy.
