The outside box had a hole in it and what looked like blue paint fingerprints on it, but it was properly sealed with no internal damage. The chopper is simple to use, pulsed my onions into tiny bits perfect for my cooking needs, and fit in the dishwasher dor easy cleaning. Would recommend for small chopping jobs. Much easier to store then giant food processor.

Very goodđź’Ż

I really wanted to love this food processor but I just couldn’t. It’s quiet, has a great capacity, blades were sharp. BUT the first thing I tried to make was a few batches of salsa for canning. Every single batch leaked out of the center. The cone that the blade is attached to is too short and when the salsa liquefied it went under the blade and out the center of the canister...onto the base. There is a warning on the canister to not fill liquid above a certain line, but I didn’t put in liquid, I put in veggies, which is what the processor is intended for. Really bummed. Returned.

These knives are sharp and attractive. Highly recommend this purchase. Easy to use and hold. Very economical. Great value.

Excelente producto, 100% recomendado, ciclismo de ruta y mtb va muy bien

I use Weber nonstick grill spray in the tray. It’s very easy to roast vegetables on the grill and the smoky flavor from the grill is really outstanding.

Makes very nice ice-cream, in just within 1/2 hour. If you need more ice cream please have another bowl freezing.

One year later I've used these daily to cook for a family of 5. The non stick coating and everything has worked fantastic. I use these on a propane/gas stove and also dishwasher them which can be hard on pots. The bottom "grooves" have all but smoothed/disappeared on every pot - but it seems to be only a visual problem as they still cook evenly. Would buy again when/if this set fails as I feel for the price point and my heavy use they've already justified themselves.

I purchased the Cuisinart Electric Fondue Maker to add to our Christmas Eve festivities! The kids wanted a chocolate fountain, but I thought the fondue would be more versatile as we could use it for other dips! The package arrived well wrapped with each piece wrapped inside. There is the main fondue portion, the cord, the 9 fondue forks and the partial lid. I found the unit to be sturdy for it's purpose. The pot has a Teflon lining to prevent sticking. The heating element plugs in and you can easily adjust to either higher or lower. The cord is somewhat short, but that is definitely a safety measure and all electric appliances have shorter cords. The only glaring flaw was a large scratch right across the front of the unit. I debated returning/exchanging the unit, but was afraid I wouldn't have the new one in time for Christmas Eve. We decided to keep it as is. Our first trial run was actually by the teens in the house! They began with a chocolate fondue set on number 2. They did amazingly well and we had no burned chocolate at all. I think the idea is to keep the temperature low and slow and not rush the heat time. They chose a variety of items to dip! They cut up strawberries, pound cake, Rice Krispy treats and so on. After watching this, I have decided it would be awesome to have out for teen gatherings! Our next fondue will be a cheese and broth with select proteins! I am excited to try that one! The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 stars is the quality control issue with the scratched unit. Other than that, a solid five stars! I have posted pictures below! Sorry for the disaster on the table, but I wanted to catch the pictures while the fondue maker was in use!

Great coffee maker but do not buy it in white!!! Every splatter shows up, even if you wipe it after brewing… the spring mechanism releases splatter every time you put the carafe back on the coffeemaker. The coffee also stains…even though we soak it and wash the pot and lid after each use, the area where the coffee drips through the lid is starting to discolor after only a month of use!! Taking the lid completely off can lead to a mess if someone forgets to put it back on before brewing…the water will overflow the drip area, leaving coffee grounds everywhere…under the drip basket. We had to take all the pieces apart to find why we were still getting grounds in our coffee days later….we thought we had cleaned it all!! Lastly, there is a lip at the top of the pot which does not allow the water to completely empty. Turning the pot 100% upside down does not help… water collects in the rim. These design flaws make it hard for me to live thus coffee maker… it looks fabulous in my kitchen, but….. maybe in black next time, but more likely a different one altogether

Product received was (very) used, and no effort was even made to try to clean it before re-shipping. Streaks and finger marks all over it, inside and out. Truly disgusting. On top of that, the lid doesn’t even fit on the pot, and no stainer came with it (which was pictured in ad).

I had to return this item and have a replacement sent because the pot was concave on the bottom. The replacement had the same defect as the initial model. I followed cuisinartoutlets.com's recommendation and contacted Cuisinart. The wait was over 20 minutes. The Cuisinart customer service representative stated cuisinartoutlets.com must have purchased a defective batch and they would send me out a new model which wasn't concave on the bottom. A few days later, I received an email from customer service asking for all the information I had, previously, sent in and pictures showing the defect. I emailed pictures, waited a day, and then received an email from customer service stating the pictures show there is nothing wrong with the pot and it is level. After this customer service person called me a liar, I sent back an email stating the pictures show you can see the wall under the level on the bottom of the pan showing the pot is concave and bowed on the bottom. They claim induction ready on a pot that is not flat. I then received an email with a UPS tracking number that has come up as not found for 11 days now. I've contacted customer service 4 times, waiting over 20 minutes each time to be told it is shipping out and given the same tracking number that is not found. I have uploaded the same pictures I emailed to customer service.

These are pretty good, they’re light weight, sturdy, and truly non-stick. The heat is evenly distributed through out the pan which produces a nice even cook. The handles are sturdy, and provide a good grip without getting too hot. The lids fit well, and are good for steaming. The lids also are durable, and have a silicone grip as well. It says the pans are dishwasher safe, however I’m a little sketchy about it so I’m just going to hand wash with a soft bristle brush. They’re super easy to clean as well. Overall, I think this is a good set for the price, especially a good beginner set. If you handle them carefully and take care of them I see these lasting a long time.

I’ve had these for a month now and really enjoy using them. Very sharp and great quality

It is terrible. The product came like used and dirty. Have to return.
