Upgraded to a different model of Cuisinart Toaster CPT 180P1, there was nothing wrong with it I had it for years, and it was just time for an upgrade. The things I like about the new style, are the toaster slots are bigger (my bagels are always stuck in old faithful), the leavers push up and down smoother, it has a digital display, I can change the style of bread, set toaster styles in the memory. The only downside so far... fingerprints, the stainless steel on this toaster shows fingerprints easier than the old one. If you have been on the fence post this one is worth the money.

Desde la primera vez que la vi me gustó mucho su diseño, dudé antes de comprarla pero, me puse a ver algunos vídeos, la compré, ayer llegó y por fin hoy la utilicé... ME ENCANTA!! ME ENCANTA!!

I like how quick this method is to make a pot of cold brew. My pot was purchased on a Treasure Truck deal, so when I saw that it was ~$30 or so to replace the filter which tore almost immediately I was so annoyed, since the price was similar to what I originally paid. Then I thought of food grade silicone sealant. For $7 it's done the trick and is also available on cuisinartoutlets.com. It's held up through many batches and washes, and should it puncture again, I still have my tube of silicone to repair the tear. I have a Hario and Toddy as well, and prefer sous brew to cold brew for the greater depth of flavor it offers. Usually I'll make that in mason jars like that Extra Crispy recipe for it on My Recipes site...however this machine is fast and hands off, thus it wins for 90% of brewing occasions. I often will add a spoonful or two of espresso powder to the finished pot for a bit more body and flavor.

It's a good single cup coffee maker, with some flaws...  To be transparent around my rating, I bought two of these, so the flaws were not enough to keep me from buying another one when it dialed, but it did fail after a year and some months of moderate to heavy use (5-6 cups a day)  The Bean hopper is large enough for several good cups of coffee.  If I had to be critical, I wish the container side raised up a touch over the motor hub, as there's competition for space as you fill beans.  The motor takes up 50% of the space, so beans bounce off it like it's their last shot at freedom.  The first device would always make a sound like it's got a pump running quietly.  After a while, all the lights would blink and needed to be unplugged. Coffee cup size would at some point become inconsistent...  Eventually, this would be the startup ritual... until something inside finally gave up and I work to water all over the counter and the coffee maker inoperable.  After replacing it, it's back to the well functioning single cup I've enjoyed.  We will see if this is a chronic issue or just a single worn out unit and update from there.  Other than those flaws, it's a really good sing cup maker with an integrated grinder! Coffee temperature: Not quite boiling hot, you can get to drinking immediately  Durability: Ish.  First one lasted a bit over a year.  Taste: Makes a good cup.  Your beans will come through.  Size: It's compact and easily desk worthy.  Fits any countertop.

We had our last Cuisinart coffee maker for 26 years. It was still working just fine, and we simply wanted an updated maker. This one has a little more variety with making coffee with beans or ground coffee. My husband is the one using it at this point and almost every day. Thank you!

We used the Cuisinart 4 cup model for years (and loved it. However, we now need at least 5 full cups of coffee per pot so it was time for a change. This model, DCC-5570, replaces the discontinued 4 cup model with a few enhancements. For example, this machine has a clear removable water reservoir that is easy to fill and clean, an optional easy to use charcoal water filter for removing chemicals and odors from tap water, an easy to see and use blue on/off switch that flashes while coffee is brewing and stops when your coffee is ready, a removable, efficient, nylon commercial style coffee filter, and an easy to clean stainless steel carafe. We installed the provided charcoal water filter and immediately noticed the coffee tasted better. At first I thought using a filter would be inconvenient. However, you only have to change it every 60 days or so. That’s not too bad and the filters are not expensive, worth the price for a better tasting coffee. Finally, one reason we stick with Cuisinart is because their hot plates have a thick coating of paint on them. They don’t tend to rust over time like many machines by competitors. Also, I have broken glass carafes in the past and that doesn’t happen with a stainless steel pot. Finally, I attached a photo of the 4 cup model vs. the 5 cup model for size comparison. Not much difference, neither take up much counter space. Bottom line, while no coffee pot is perfect, this one comes close. Therefore, it warrants a five star rating from this reviewer. Update and small warning…..We have been using this coffee maker for a few weeks now. Unfortunately, we DO NOT get 5 full cups of coffee from it. Should have realized. Here’s why. Our coffee cups hold 8 ozs of coffee. I guess coffee pot manufacturers consider “smaller” cups when identifying how many cups a machine will brew. Using an 8 oz cup, we are getting about 3/12 cups of coffee. Since we need at least 4 full cups to ge satisfied, we have found ourselves brewing a second pot. Defeats the purpose for buying this machine. Still love it, but am now considering simply buying a 10-12 cup pot and leave it at that.

Mounted the meat grinder easly on the mixer, I ground some beef and it worked awsome. Looking forward to trying other meats or even making some sausage.

I have 12 different discs for my cuisenart and had a HECK of a time keeping them in some kind of attractive organization that would keep my fingers free of accidental slices. They were banished to a box under the counter -- not convenient to dig in a box full of round knives. I bought a few of these holders to accomodate all my blades; in one tower (4 holders) I have fixed the safty issue and quieted my OCD organization voices. It's a win-win :) ADD: A gal asked if the stack of them have to separated to remove blade discs, no they do not! I have several stacked and just swing the door open for each without problem. It is important that you have your hand supporting stack to remain verticle if you open the bottom door on a stack of 4, the weight of the top 3 full disc holders can make the stack sag a bit with the bottom door open, which makes me anxious, but shown no signs to cause actual concern for damage. If you hold the stack at the top when you open the bottom it is not an issue.

Firstly, I love Cuisinart products. Everything from my cookware to my air fryer is a Cuisinart. So when I was looking for a cast iron griddle to cook my steaks on, I saw Cuisinart made one and I was all in. Not much to this story other than THE FIRST TIME I put this on my cooktop to heat up, I hear a loud bang from my living room a few minutes later. I go in to check on it only to see a huge crack straight down the middle of my pan. Super disappointed in the obviously poor quality control. Of course I started the return process and will be looking elsewhere. When opening the box, I thought the pan seemed a bit thinner than other cast iron pieces I've used, but I certainly can't blame what happened solely on the thickness of it. I still enjoy all my Cuisinart products but this has left a sour taste in my mouth.

I’ve made several batches of ice cream and it works awesome! I’ve found that 3 cups total of liquid ingredients is the right size. Any more and it starts to flow over a bit. I usually add in the extras (chopped cookies, nuts, etc) by hand. I just remove the base then stir in. I bought 8 oz containers on cuisinartoutlets.com with lids and it makes about 5 containers. I freeze then thaw for about 15 minutes to eat. Perfect size. Small enough to keep in my freezer at all times so it’s ready to go. Otherwise I just put in the day before I know I’m making a batch.

I bought this from cuisinartoutlets.com in May 2025, and I really love : -that the container can be easily pulled out. - the machine stops when you open the chute and put in ice - it doesn’t have a burning smell even on the first time you use it. BUT: - it is true that the shaved ice are not like snow, they are a bit big, I don’t know if it is because of the size of the ice that is being used or it’s because of the gaps between the two blades. - you cannot push the lever too hard becoz maybe the other edge might give after doing it so often. - it is plastic I hope Cuisinart can make improvements on this item like: - modify that part that shaves the ice, it is made of hard plastic, they should make it stainless steel - make the gap between the blades smaller so the shaved ice will be like snow - remove or close the gap at the end of that chute so unshaved ice will not get through. So that’s it , I hope this helps anyone planning to buy this item. 😅

I love the look of these bookends, & that they came in a set of 3. The price was unbelievably fair for such a well made product. They are very thin, yet very sturdy, but the flat piece that you set your books on, needs to be at least 1-2 inches longer, so that it can hold the books in place without moving. I definitely recommend these to everyone who loves trees & bookends.

If you want to make turkey gravy on the stovetop after the bird comes out of the oven, this is the model (MCP117-16BRP1) you want because this is the only Cuisinart roasting pan with a totally FLAT BOTTOM, without a weird ridged indented moat around the edge and a raised center area. (Unbox and check the pan which you receive it, by the way to be sure that you have indeed been sent the model with the flat bottom; I was accidentally sent the wrong model, a model with a moat or ridged edge, the first time I ordered.) This is a sturdy and heavy duty pan. I'm happy! This is replacing my disappointing biggest size All-Clad roaster, the one with the flared edge and the indented moat edge and raised center panel, which I hated; that uneven All-Clad bottom is no good for stirring and making stovetop gravy.
