The little plastic top broke off because that’s what I used to take the lid off with. Now I pull off the lid from a different spot so it won’t happen again. Lesson learned.

After seeing both positive and negative reviews for this toaster (like other products), I decided to take a chance and order it. However, my experience was a clone of poor, unfortunate souls (cue Ursula, the Sea Witch). My first try was an english muffin. I set the toaster for "english muffin" and, among 7 degrees of toasting, I started with 4. The muffin turned out warm but without any browning. I cranked the toaster up to 5 and immediately retried with the same muffin in the same slots. After another 2 minutes, it emerged as I desired. On my ancient, two-slice toaster, that thing would have been rightly crispy-crittered. My second attempt was a single slice of white bread. I set the toaster on "white bread" and the degree of toasting on 5. I inserted the bread into the far right slot (marked on the toaster for a single slice). It came up untoasted. I inserted a fresh slice into the same slot, upgraded the setting to 6 (one shy of the maximum). As you can see in the photo (slice on the right), it was barely browned on both sides. I inserted one more fresh slice on the far left slot and set the toaster to 6 (as on the right side). The slice came out properly and evenly toasted on both sides (left slice). Peering down the slots during each toasting attempt, I noticed that one side of each slot did not have all the heating elements glowing red. A few elements glowed only halfway across. Judging by reviews, getting a decent Cuisinart unit is a crapshoot. As I type this, I'm waiting for this appliance to cool off, so I can pack it up and return it . Yes, this thing is toast.

I absolutely love this coffee maker!! I’ve always hated the big black box type of coffee makers and have always looked for ones that have a unique look. I also want HOT coffee that stays HOT on the warming plate. This one doesn’t disappoint!! When I sit down with my cup of coffee it’s smoking!!!

There are some positive things to say about these yoga pants. The material is very soft and stretchy, I like that there is no elastic in the top of the waistband, and they fit well in the waist and thighs. They are comfortable. There is no side seam on the outside of the pants, just an inside seam. A lot of people will like that since it gives you a smoother look. But there are a couple of things to know that aren't so great. You can't really wear underwear under these pants if you buy them in a lighter color such as the bright pink. You can see both the color and the outline/elastic of your underwear through the fabric of the pants. I do sometimes wear work out pants without underwear if there is a gusset, but I know many people feel strange without wearing any underwear. And if you skipped the underwear in the lighter colors you couldn't really wear them in public, you would be showing too much if you know what I mean. I also found that the flare was a bit too extreme for me. It's a cute look maybe but I would be afraid of tripping over all that extra fabric if I actually worked out in these. Also the gusset isn't great. It's nice that there is a gusset, and usually with a gusset your leggings don't show your anatomy too much when people are seeing you from the front. But the gusset is tiny in these pants, and the crotch area isn't that smooth as a result. So if you want the pants to lounge around the house or you are planning to wear them with a long top that would cover your underwear they would be fine. But if you want to wear them in public I would definitely get them in a dark color.

Love, love, love it!! The poor Keurig (pictured here, posing unwillingly next to the DeLonghi) has been neglected after two years of twice-daily use since the DeLonghi arrived! Easy to use, to keep clean, and looks SO BEAUTIFUL, too!

I was hesitant to buy this because it didn’t have any reviews, but it was on sale for Black Friday so I thought I’d give it a go. I love the look of it and it brews a decent cup of coffee. It’s very easy to use, and I like that it has a bold brewing selection. The carafe is all glass which I love but I’ve been careful cleaning it as it seems it would break easier than a regular plastic handled carafe. I’ve been using it for 1 week and so far so good! ****Update 1/6/20: I’ve had this maker for a little over a year, and while it still makes an excellent cup of coffee, the lettering has begun to wear off of the buttons. Please fix this issue Cuisinart!!!***

This coffeemaker did not meet my expectations for the price I paid. Dated 2022 on box (literally) and of course, made in China with the housing cheap and flimsy especially the button that opens the basket holder. It keeps getting caught under the thin stainless steel panel and I have to pry it up through a hole with a sharp object to reopen. You have only 2 hours to finish your coffee if brewing a 12 cup or push this button and then push brew as it starts to try and brew another pot again just so you can heat beyond 2 hours. Design is flawed in my opinion. Even the pot lid must be completely pulled off to clean as it will not raise up by thumb or otherwise. Coffee is hot, you will need to configure the right amount of beans for your perfect cup. The grinder is loud but all grinders are. There is a clanking at times while brewing and not sure exactly where that comes from. I don't think this product will give me my value as I see in person how much plastic is used but I will not return. It takes too long for a refund and I'll order straight from the Company from now on, probably a different maker, and you can guess why. Additionally, and several months later, this coffeemaker will not last. I am constantly squeezing the plastic side in and despite cleaning with a brush, the grinder has too many splits in the bowl that creates spaces for coffee to forever reside. Made in China 2023 per shipping box. From now on with my future coffeemaker purchases, it will be USA made and made quality materials. No matter the cost. This one will need replacing in a year so cost will equal out in good service a new one will bring to the family.

I love boules breads so I finally decided to get a long slice toaster. What a joy to start the morning with two slices of toast, without having to cut the slices in half or cut off side pieces so the bread fits in the slots. This toaster is the best thing I've bought in a long time. Yes, it does seem like an extravagance to spend this much on a toaster, but it is so worth it. In fact, I just ordered another one as a Mother's Day gift for my daughter. It is long (no surprise) - just shy of 18" lengthwise - so measure your countertop space before ordering. I suppose some purists would say it doesn't toast evenly, but it toasts evenly enough for me. And maybe it's not the "fault" of the toaster, but the varying thickness of the slice.

After you read the instructions, this hair dryer is very easy to use. You could easily injure yourself with the retractable cord if the instructions aren’t read. The design of this dryer is very practical in that the first switch from the bottom on it is for turning the power on combined with what speed you want it to operate. The power turns on to the speed wanted in an instant. Then the second switch is for setting the temperature. I’m glad that this hair dryer functions this way so I don’t become confused with what option to choose first when using it. When doing a Wash-And-Go hair style my hair dries quickly after using this dryer on low heat for 15 minutes and then the cool temperature setting for five minutes right after that. For reference my hair is a little above shoulder length and thick with coiled coarse textured strands. I’m pleased with the retractable cord feature which makes this hair dryer spaciously convenient for traveling. This dryer is lightweight and has a relatively small design which adds to its ease of use. As long as you read all of the safety instructions and cautions, the durability of this dryer should last a long time.

compact enough to sit neatly on a countertop but somehow still manages to hold up to 50 cans. That means I’m always stocked and ready, whether I’m hosting friends or just enjoying a quiet night in with a cold drink. One of the features I’ve come to love is the adjustable digital temperature control. I can tweak the temperature depending on what I’ve stocked—lower for sodas, a bit higher for wine. The range from 40 to 61 degrees is ideal and way more precise than just tossing everything into the main fridge and hoping for the best. Plus, the cooling is consistent and quick, thanks to the powerful compressor. No more half-cold drinks. The glass door is a nice touch. It gives it a polished, modern look, but it’s not just for show. It seals tightly, keeping the cool air in and the beverages perfectly chilled. I also appreciate the internal metal partition, which helps keep things organized—no more digging through a messy stack of cans to find what I want. It’s become a staple in my setup, whether I’m watching a game in the living room or having a backyard BBQ. Easy to move, stylish enough to leave out in plain sight, and efficient to the core. If you’re looking for a simple upgrade to your drink game, this cooler’s a winner.

Super durable, quiet, and does its job. I love making desserts for my family.

I read through a lot of reviews on coffee makers recently before purchasing this one, and we’ve been very happy with it. I noticed a lot of reviewers for this coffee maker having similar issues with cleaning/grinds getting stuck, so I thought I’d write a review and add some pictures of how to clean and maintain this pot. That seems to be the issue. The removable water tank on this is why we bought it and it doesn’t disappoint. Just lifts out and it can stand on its own in the sink which makes it super easy to fill. There is a charcoal filter that sits where the water moves through so filling it from the tap is easy. We previously had a Cuisinart so I’m happy we can still use the same filters. The filter basket is easy to lift out and clean. It comes with a gold one but we prefer paper filters. The manual is VERY specific about using one OR the other, so don’t double up (like we did the first time.) I found Bunn brand filters are slightly taller than standard and work perfect in here. When cleaning out the filter, I just hold the handle with one finger and dump the whole thing in the garbage. Someone complained about the handle getting in the way and making a mess, so that’s how I prevent that. That gets rinsed and put aside to dry after each use. In my pictures next is the inside of the pot where the coffee tank is. At first I thought, how am I ever going to get this clean? After a minute I realized the entire tank simply lifts out by a handle!! I have a feeling a lot of people aren’t taking this out to clean it daily, and that will definitely cause issues. There are some grinds leftover no matter what we do so it’s very important to clean this. I just rinse it a few times and put it aside to air dry. IMPORTANT STEP! On the underside it says to push in on the valve while rinsing the coffee tank so that water flows through. This will keep any grinds from getting stuck. It’s got to be impossible to have issues with this machine if you’re doing this. My last picture shows the top view of the opening where the coffee tank valve meets the “button” to dispense coffee. There is nothing there, nothing to get stuck. This tells me that the issues of the button getting stuck and gunked up with grinds are because people aren’t taking out the tank and finding through the valve often. This machine is really well designed. All extra water in the machine funnels down to the drip tray, so there aren’t any weird puddles or spills. Drip tray is removable, so when my husband has to fill his huge Yeti before work, he just takes it out and leans his Yeti against the edge of the counter. The buttons and functions are easy to use, auto off is customizable which we like. The coffee tank keeps the coffee hotter for longer than your typical carafe. We grind our beans daily and our coffee is very consistent in taste. Our toddler loves to get us our coffee by using the button so that’s a fun extra. Overall, a really great machine with easy to use functions and should last a very long time with proper maintenance as per the manual.

Update: contacted Cuisinart, a replacement is on the way. Owned less than 2 years. Push handle broke.

I wish they didn’t try to cheat me with it being near expired but I’m a fat girly so i can bite the bullet for now. But the yogurt is yummy and dummy thick

I love this fire pit. I’ve had two other fire pits and this one is the best. My other fire pits created more smoke than I wanted. I live in the city so It doesn’t help that I have to buy my wood from the local gas station so the quality of the wood is just OK. This helps with a nice even burn and gives the fire consistent air. The only negative difference that I’ve noticed is since the walls are high. The warmth is more narrow, focused than my previous wider and lower fire pits. This just means that sitting a little closer or standing, gives you the warmth that you’re looking for. Also, you can take off the top rim to spread the warmth more. This is best done once the fire is already going. A small sacrifice for an overall better experience. Who wants smoke in their eyes?
